This spacious (over 1000 sq ft), modern, 1st floor 2/2 condo is a home away from home. It is three blocks from the popular SPI entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Tequila Sunset, etc.). The condo is right next to a convenient store and across the street from grocery store. It is walking distance (.3 mile) to beach. Lots of amenities provided. WiFi ready with three Smart TV’s. Tandem parking fits two vehicles one in front of the other. As per HOA, the minimum renter’s age is 21 yrs old.

NO PETS are allowed in the entire building.
