Important Notes: • Animal-free home due to medical allergies; no pets or animals permitted • Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed • No spring breakers. In March, ALL guests must be minimum age 27 except families

The house features a beautiful pool, swim up bar and large backyard. There is an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill and pizza oven. Large sliding door opens up to the downstairs game room. There is a bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs. Upstairs: 3bedrooms, open concept kitchen/living room. The beach is 2 blocks away. Address is 5909 Havana Dr. Located on the corner of Havana/Sunset. City Noise Ordinance begins at 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10pm during the week. Please no outside guests or parties.
