We just loved this place ! Beach chairs and towels were so nice to have. The view from the balcony is amazing . This condo is beautifully decorated and super clean ! The tiki bar was a fun addition too. Everyone was very friendly. We can’t wait to go back !

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

Robbs place was wonderful. We enjoyed the peaceful back deck that overlooked the bay. We seen dolphins every day from the back deck. We did not have a car and enjoyed that we were able to walk to the grocery store as well as a quick walk to the beach. Ricky T’s down the street was a favorite for us and we enjoyed live music every night. I would love to come back soon.

We had a great stay here! Amazing view and the space was just like the photos. Tons of beach stuff and I've never been in such a well stocked Airbnb! Lots of kitchen staples and supplies. Definitely will stay again when we're back in the area. Thanks, Patty!!

This condo was absolutely amazing. It was in a great community with access to a pool which we really loved. The area was quiet and private which made our stay even more enjoyable. The condo was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It was clean and pristine. The location was within driving distance to everything whether it be the beach, shops, restaurants or other activities. Sydney was very responsive and communicated with me on numerous occasions. We ended up having to leave a day early and she even refunded me a day when she didn’t have to. Between the location, the condo itself and the owner, I would highly recommend this location and know you will enjoy a peaceful getaway.

We couldn’t get over how convenient this condo was! The complex itself is in an ideal location (a quiet community tucked in between the busier areas). But we kept remarking that the unit was probably the most convenient location in the whole complex. It was literally steps from the condo to the elevator/stairs, steps to the pool, and just a few more to the beach. Transitioning our 3 young kids from one thing to another is not always easy, but Annie’s place made it effortless and it truly felt like a vacation for all of us! By day two, we were already talking about booking it again!

I loved everything about our stay. We had everything we needed from kitchen items to beach needs. Carmen was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants and clear instructions for checking in. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Steve’s Airbnb! The location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. The price is unbeatable, making it a great option for budget travelers. While it’s not a place for those seeking luxury, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an affordable and convenient spot close to the beach, this is perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I chose the condo due to the reviews and location and it did not disappoint. We were actually invited to check in a little bit earlier, which was perfect for us to get our girls weekend underway. The condo was beautiful, well decorated and very comfortable and welcoming. The bottle of wine as a welcome gift was the perfect touch to get our weekend started. Only 2 miles from the beach and very close to shopping and other things that we needed. All I can say is that the weekend and it too soon and that is the only bad thing, everything else from the condo to the pool to the ease of everything from check in to check out. It was an amazing weekend and I’m so glad we chose to stay there. Thank you again and I will definitely use you in the future.

We spent our second 4th of July holiday here and had an awesome time. We loved the fireworks on the rooftop and ease of access to the beach and intercoastal. We will certainly be back.

We stayed here for a week and we loved it. It was the second time staying in Saint Pete and our first time staying in this condo and we would most definitely come back. The place was clean the beds and furniture were comfortable and nice. It’s in a great location right across from the beach anytime I had a question they answered it promptly and I had no issues with anything. The weather was a little crappy for a couple days but overall our experience was very good. I do recommend! I put a three star rating on the price, but that’s because I think everything is overpriced. It’s pretty comparable to everything else around it.

Debbie was extremely kind and responsive during a difficult time for my family as we celebrated my uncle's life. It was too short a visit, but we will be back to make more memories.

I travel often and I stay at Airbnb’s because I cook my own food so I always need a place with a well equipped kitchen.. this had it all! Also INCREDIBLY clean! I was very comfortable here and it is a wonderful quiet community. Great beds and washer/dryer! Very convenient location. Nothing but positive things to say. Hopefully I will be back soon

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing condo. The host was so responsive and checked in on us during our stay via messaging. This was one of the cleanest condos I have ever rented. It had everything my family needed- umbrella, beach chairs, towels and everything to enjoy our stay. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and onsite beaches! Everything a very short walk on property. A short drive to other beaches, restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting a clean place to stay in a great location with a responsive host and amazing sunsets!

We loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing weeklong vacation. Amy was thoughtful in the amenities and things provided in the space. We especially appreciated the beach gear available- it was in great condition, easy to find, and was such a gamechanger to have on hand as we flew to our destination and could not pack chairs/umbrella! The beach towels the icing on the cake! We also appreciated the tumbler cups available in the kitchen, the ice trays, the throw blankets in the living room, and the small bit of extra sunscreen. The pool was lovely and kept clean both inside and out, and the neighbors were friendly but mindful of our privacy. An easy walk to the beach just across the street made for the perfect stay!

Picturesque location, beautiful view of the water! Exactly as shown in the pictures very clean and well appointed. It was a pleasure doing business with Olga. She is pleasant and responds very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Pat & Gerry are always wonderful hosts! They give you so much info to prep ahead of times and always think of the little extras. We love staying with them and have many times and will continue in the future as well.
