Helen and Richard were so friendly and made sure our stay was stress free. I would highly recommend this place, plenty of space for six people and a lovely garden. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, using this as a BBQ. We are already considering booking again.

I booked this as a get away from it all break for my husband’s 60th birthday and it did not disappoint. Genuinely, there are not enough words to describe how perfect this place is- it’s like being wrapped in a warm hug! The setting is peaceful and private and the cabin is pure luxury- the most comfortable bed ever, gorgeous complimentary toiletries, lovely hot tub and a well stocked welcome hamper. Claire also left us a lovely birthday message, balloons and bubbly - those personal touches were so special. We didn’t leave the cabin for the whole weekend - well, just to have amazing massages (a must if you stay!) - as we just wanted to step out of the hustle and bustle of our busy lives for a short time. This is the perfect place to do that and we will definitely return as this is such a special place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Woburn Barn. The property was clean, thoughtfully furnished, and well-equipped. Maria and Simon had thought of everything you could need for your stay, and even more! Personal touches like a welcome note and delicious cream tea left in the fridge for our arrival were greatly appreciated. The property’s ideal location, just a short walk to local shops and takeaways in Launceston, made it a great base to explore nearby attractions like Dartmoor, Tintagel, the Eden Project, the Jamaica Inn, and Bodmin. Little Woburn Barn will definitely be our first stop for any future trips to Devon or Cornwall.

The cottage was lovely quirky & exactly as described. We loved the games room.We had a lovely relaxing stay..Ian was most helpful on checking in. Will revisit.
