Monthly Rentals in South Philadelphia

Aleida is the best host I have ever had. She is generous, intelligent and tolerant. We have enjoyed intelligent conversations and sharing many things, including dinner. Her dog (Franky) and cat (Mitchy) are so lovely. I miss them. The house and the guest room are comfortable. Aleida is always concerned about the comfort of my stay. The location is great. South Philly is a really nice place to stay; there are nice delis and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Transport is no problem; I can take the train to university every weekday. Thus I highly recommend Aleida's room, especially for professors, postdocs and graduate students.

David and his wife are great hosts.Very responsive and cooperative. The place was very neat and clean. Very affordable for the locality. Very close to Gayborhood and center city. There’s a bus stop right at the corner and a subway station about 5mins away. Grocery stores are at about 5 to 10 mins walking distance. Overall loved the stay. Highly recommend.

Loved my stay here! The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The contactless check-in and check-out were super convenient (not flexible though; had extra charges). The place is just a short drive from the International airport. Definitely recommended.

Amy was proactive and easy to get in touch with. Instructions and check in were easy to understand and helpful. Apartment was clean and the shower is amazing.
