Monthly Rentals in South Ponte Vedra Beach

We just completed an amazing week in this beautiful, peaceful home!!!! The home is so convenient and close to the beach. The area is very quiet! It is almost like you have your own private beach. The home is just like the pictures…beautifully furnished with so much attention to the tiny, little details!! Thank you for quick responses if we had a question or needed anything. We are sad that this vacation week is coming to an end, but we look forward to coming back in the future!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amy and Matthew’s place. The beach is quiet, clean and gorgeous. Amy was extremely hospitable and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. The house is fully equiped and the beds were super comfortable! The location is also close to great grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. We will be staying again for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean and spotless inside. We wanted to do a ‘staycation’ for our vow renewal and this was the perfect spot. The house is 3 stories so there is plenty of space! Our kids loved the air hockey table and direct access to the beach. The ocean views are incredible - 10/10 would recommend!

I loved the house and even more the location, it had everything it offered, we felt very comfortable, without a doubt I would rent it again
