Holiday rentals with a patio in South Portland

Great stay! Perfectly fit a group of six for a weekend trip. Looked just like the photos, very clean/tidy, and felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as walking in the door. Rachael was very quick and friendly with any questions we had regarding our stay. Great location and walkable to all the great spots. Would highly recommend! :)

Had a wonderful stay here! It was spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could need. The bathrooms even had heated floors! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable. The main living space is well laid out with a great view. It was perfect for my 14 month old and Jennifer provided a pack and play, high chair, and gate, which was super helpful. And the location was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Portland!

Super clean, nicely decorated. Very comfortable, warm and homey feel. Had everything we needed, including dog bowls! The coffee bar was fully stocked and very much appreciated. They’ve done a really nice job with this rental, lots of little touches that you don’t always get with other rentals. Thanks for sharing your place with us

This Airbnb was amazing! It was extremely clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Haley and Diane were wonderful hosts and made sure we had a smooth check-in. The location is perfect because it is so close to downtown Portland and there are so many restaurants and activities to choose from. Furthermore, we had a group of 7 on our trip and we had plenty of space in this airbnb. 5/5 stars. I highly recommend this location!!

This was a great place to accommodate five or six people. The kitchen was well equipped with all the tools we needed to cook at home, including several spices. We enjoyed a lovely patio to sit on in the back. There were a few board games available that we enjoyed. This was a great option!

Lovely, tastefully decorated, place tucked in the beautiful area of Wells! We could tell from the moment we walked in that there was a thorough clean of the apartment prior to our arrival. Additionally, the attention to detail was amazing, from pamphlets about the area to beach towels to borrow in the bathroom. Though we weren’t in the area for the beach, we found it conveniently located to Ogunquit (specifically for the Ogunquit Playhouse, which was the reason for our little weekend trip). We’d happily choose this AirBnB again for any future visits :)

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

This apartment was perfect for our short girls trip to Portland. It was very clean, the furnishings and decor were perfect, and it was a great central walkable location. The host was very accommodating and even allowed us a later checkout to align with our flight. The host provided thoughtful additions (like ear plugs even though we had no issue with noise) and cozy blankets and bedding. We loved this place and would mostly certainly stay here again for our next trip!

This beach house was an absolute dream. Perfectly located just steps from the ocean, with tons of natural light and beautiful design throughout. It felt like a true home away from home - peaceful, airy and well equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Kelsey was a great host, super responsive and allowed us to check in earlier due travel changes. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed for a ten-day stay and very clean upon arrival. Location is great; central to both small town and urban charm. Would definitely stay again!

Very spacious and clean. Less than 5 minute drive to OOB and 20 to Kennebunk. Perfect location for a coastal getaway.

Such a cute, quiet, well-designed bungalow! The beds and couches were super comfortable, at times it was hard to get up! But we managed to run the half-marathon around the bay, walk the nearby trails and visit downtown. I hope 42 Vermont is available for our next visit to Portland. THANK YOU. The plentiful coffee pods were a bonus!

Suzanne & Brian’s place was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend away! Beautiful home with all the amenities you could think of in a very serene setting. It’s very clear they love their place and take excellent care with it. Super responsive and friendly hosts- I wish every Airbnb experience was like this! Such a nice quiet getaway still within easy driving distance to Portland and plenty of things to do.

We loved our stay here. It was beautiful, you could walk to the beach or just about anywhere. It was comfy and homey. Perfect if you want to cook in or go out! Jamie was super responsive and accommodating. The place was clean. We will for sure be back!

Great apartment very centrally located in Portland - easy to walk everywhere, so close to great coffee shops and restaurants! Apartment was perfect for our family of four, and the pack and play and kid's toys were great! Very family friendly. Highly recommend!

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

First time coming down to maine. Right in the center of everything. 10-20 minute drives (not bad). We ate at Pine Point Grille the first night and it was amazing. Second, we tried Dunstan’s Tap and Table. Had to wait 30 minutes, but was worth it. Great area, felt very homey. I would come back.

Excellent location with great restaurants & shops within walking distance, ample street parking, accommodating and friendly hosts, and a clean, bright space stocked with everything we needed for our long weekend in Portland!

This place was perfect at every turn. Clean, warm, welcoming, and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was the best part. Walkable to everything we wanted to do in Portland. The rooftop was just icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

This space was very cute and perfect for my friend and I to stay for the weekend. Very clean and cute decor. The only thing I would say is the window ac does not cool the entire space as much as needed in the hot summer months. Other than this very very small detail the stay was wonderful and Trish was so accommodating and helpful. I would 100% stay here again!!
