It was built in the year 1912 and is still in a very good condition with the same old perfectly carved stone masonry wall and a best quality of timber and spacious rooms with chimneys (fireplace inside the living room). It is located in a village of Darjeeling known as Takdah. Now it is turned into a home stay for the guests who visit Darjeeling and mainly Takdah for a vacation or personal purpose.
