Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. Welcome to our stable conversion, we are situated in Saltfleetby, Lincolnshire. We offer self catering with two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. The property only sleeps 4 people and this includes infants. The bathroom has a walk in shower, WC, basin and heated towel radiator. There is central heating throughout. Please ensure that you read all the house rules.
