Simone’s house is lovely, a 3 floor self contained unit of a classic old Bath house. Easily walkable to the town (20 mins either direct or via the canal). Simone was a pleasure to deal with, met us on arrival & setup a couple of beds in the lounge for our kids as requested. Thoughtful, professional and courteous- the perfect host.

Giovanni’s flat was sparkling clean, great location (close to the beach) and very comfortable. A great place for our family’s staycation. Giovanni is a very attentive host who made our stay very enjoyable, quick responses to any questions, and was so kind to mail us the computer charger we left behind. We will definitely be in touch for future holidays.

We felt right at home during our 2-week stay. Lively neighborhood with several grocery stores, lots of restaurants and a bus stop nearby. City centre is about 25-30 minutes away by walking. Cathy and Donna were quick to answer all our questions. Hot water in the shower was a bit inconsistent sometimes, but otherwise, no complaints.

The place was great and clean. And the hosts where super nice and with fast reply’s as we stayed for the time being. It was an amazing experience.

This experience with Alberto and his family was truly extraordinary. The place; both the flat and the city were remarkable, but the host was beyond compare. Endlessly accommodating and tolerant of my updating and requests. We were met by Alberto and his daughter with the warmest of welcomes. The preparation and thoughtfulness was beyond expectation. Every detail in the flat was sublime; the pictures can not do it justice. Located in the heart of paradise. If I rave on like this my praise will likely be discounted so I will simply say that the location and building were extraordinary, the host, endlessly helpful and thoughtful. My partner celebrated a significant milestone event on our holiday and Alberto made that so much more special. For things too numerous to mention, and times too good to forget, we are forever grateful.

Tina was an amazing host. Very welcoming, helpful, friendly, proactive in her communication and is at the end of the phone if you needed her. The welcome guide was very detailed and included some fantastic recommendations along with all you needed to know about the apartment. The apartment was just so lovely and we felt very at home. A fantastic location to explore Exeter and very comfortable with superb facilities and equipment. The car parking space was a great bonus and everything was very secure. We loved our stay and I am already looking at dates to rebook. Thank you Tina for sharing your wonderful apartment with us.

Great location , clean and well equipped .easy access and communication

The apartment was in a fantastic location, close to all major attractions including rugby. Close to restaurants and shops and yet so peaceful. It was also very spacious and had everything we needed. Jack was a very friendly, flexible and responsive host. He allowed us an early check in and late check out and was very helpful with all our questions and requests. Thanks Jack

We enjoyed our stay at Charlie's property. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment with roof terrace. Finding the location was straightforward (note - make sure you read the written instructions and don't just follow sat-nav). Entry was easy and seamless. The property was big enough for 2 adults and a toddler. The neutral decor was inviting and a good amount of light came in, especially upstairs in the living area. The bedrooms were good size and beds comfortable.The linen and cutlery etc were clean and usable. The bathroom and shower were also great. Outside everything is within walking distance. It is possible to park - some marked parking bays and also next to the kerb. Monday to Saturday there is a charge between 8-6 but on Sunday and Bank Holiday its 11-5. We were out most of the daytime so we hardly paid anything. On Saturday the car park was full until late however. Overall I would be more than happy to stay there again

Perfect stay. Makes you feel homely and you are surrounded by a great atmosphere.

Second stay, perfect just like last time

My son stayed here for two and a half months. It was perfect for him and he was sad to leave. Quiet but very easy to walk into town or get bus up to the university. Really good to have a parking space. Richard was very helpful and friendly.

I would highly recommend a stay at Clifton house, the accommodation was immaculate and in a great area.
