I enjoyed my stay, the unit was very clean and the location was close to everything in downtown Tampa. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Johnathan’s Airbnb! The space was super clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. You can tell he takes pride in maintaining the property. Johnathan was very communicative and easy to reach, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He was also really friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. It’s always a plus when the host is just as great as the space itself. I definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, reliable place to stay. We liked the place a lot. If we want to stay in Tampa or Westchase again, we will definitely try to rent from Gustavo again. Me and my son especially liked the gym, coworking space and pool area. Appartment was better than expected.

The condo was clean and location is convenient to the airport and other Tampa attractions.

Though i didn't need much, Adela was perfect. She made check in very easy with no issues. The view from balcony was beautiful and relaxing. I will stay here again in a heart beat. The pool has a nice atmosphere and great view too. All in all, my stay was fantastic!

The amenities in the condo were great! It was very comfortable! I appreciated the clear instructions and communication between the host and myself. Everything we needed was available for us which we appreciated. We would definitely rent from this host again!

Such an awesome place to stay with amazing views. Clean and had extra essentials which makes it nice. Loved the fan and TV above the bed and the large shower. I traveled alone and felt completely safe. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location, a very clean complex the apartment itself was in great shape and provided of all the amenities. The host was very welcoming and a great communicator. The pool area and Tiki bar were a big hit. Great food and drinks. We loved that they served breakfast, which was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome space, perfect beds, perfect location because we wanted to be with family during a difficult time. The decor and amenities were unbelievable. The families in the neighborhood were awesome to watch enjoy their homes.

Beautiful home, very cute and amazing view as soon as you open the door. Everything is clean and adorable. Everything you need, and there is a bar, pool, sand area with chairs and tiki shades, swings, easy to get into and out of, parking was a breeze. Close to the interstate and local foods and beaches. Saw dolphins from the balcony both mornings!! Beautiful place, I’ll definitely stay again. Also, kid friendly! They have a pack and play, a fan, air Matress, heater, literally everything you need.

Excellent host! Orit was responsive, clear, and accommodating. Being so close to the Airport was very convenient and the drive to Clearwater Beach was scenic and peaceful. The unit was confortable and the balcony view was worth it. The pool is much smaller in real life, when it's overcrowded. We visited during late Spring-break though, so, it might be more relaxing when schools are in session. The beach rocks are very slippery and covered in sharp shells. If you decide to be brave it and climb down to swim, bring your own first aid kit.

Rosys place was just what I was looking for a weekend to explore Tampa, the perfect stay for my bf, bff and I. It was easy to get to, felt safe, beautiful surroundings, home was serene, no noise pollution, all amenities as described! Thanks Rosy!

We had such a wonderful stay at Jimmy’s place. We had to book a place very quickly and he answered us within minutes, got us reserved and checked in early. He was so helpful and easy to work with! The house was beautiful, clean and very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of places to sit and relax or hang out and play games and chat. It was a great experience! Thank you Jimmy!

We had a great stay at Joel's place from May 8-12 while we were visiting Tampa for our daughter's graduation from USF and USAF Commissioning. Joel was very responsive, friendly, provided lots of recommendations, and made us feel welcome. Upon arrival there was a welcoming graduation sign in the yard along with flowers, a card and some decorations inside. This was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. It was also wonderful to have k-cups, water, sugar, etc. provided for us at the house. I also loved that there was workout equipment in the garage area. I used the treadmill a couple mornings before venturing out for a daytime activities. The house is super convenient to Busch Gardens and USF's campus.

Iris communicated instructions very clearly and gets back to you in a timely manner. The house was clean and was able to fit 10 people maybe even an 11th person if needed. There is no drinking water unless you are willing to drink the water you wash the dishes with but everything was in close proximity to the house Very quiet area. If I visit the area again I would most likely book with Iris again.

We very much enjoyed our stay and our kids went wild with the HUGE hot tub and the play room was an awesome bonus. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with anything I could possibly need to make meals for the family. Very clean and spacious

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.

Matthew was great to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place! If you need a place within walking distance of some beautiful parks, within driving distance of the beach, close to some fantastic restaurants, and with a pool to relax in in the evenings, then this is the place for you!
