Matthew's home was beautiful, clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. Matthew answered all of my questions very quickly and was kind and friendly. The neighborhood was very nice and upscale, it was peaceful and I felt very safe staying there. The pool was such a nice treat and clean with lots of seating. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place in Tampa, so close to the airport, Steinbrenner Field and the football stadium, so convenient! Thank you Matthew!!

The place was beautiful. The bedrooms were large, especially the master bedroom. The master bedroom bathroom was the size of a room. It was huge! The kitchen was state of the art. The house was designed for a large group of people. The neighbor hood was upscale and there were plenty of restaurants. We had 10 people in our group and everyone was comfortable….

Enjoyed the stay and a perk is walkable to a grocery store and easy, and not expensive, Uber/Lyft to Ybor City and Stadium.

Extremely clean, comfortable, and convenient apartment! Great communication, and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever enjoyed in an Airbnb. The noise of the highway is a little annoying, but there was a fan thoughtfully provided in the room, and it provided enough white noise that we were able to sleep well. The blackout curtains are an added bonus for a good sleep-in. I highly recommend this location!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Tampa! The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet area but still super convenient to everything we wanted to do. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely stay here again!

Chris was a great host. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and recommendations. The property was amazing. His décor was outstanding! The details were perfect. The property was easy to access and easy to enter. The Bay and pool were right outside our window. The bar at the pool had lots of options. There was even entertainment on Friday night at the pool. We felt completely safe and the parking was also easy and covered (under the condo). We loved our stay at this property. Highly recommend property and host!

The condo/apartment was nice. It was clean. It match the description. The other residents were friendly. It was not very noisy from local traffic. Mark was very responsive. We didn't need the local lady for anything.

We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having the Big Bamboo bar / restaurant on the premises made it so convenient. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. We also appreciated the coffee bar.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and daughter. Condo was very clean and our bed was comfortable and my daughter said she slept well on drop down sleeper couch. Henrique was quick to respond to any questions and was super flexible for check in/out. If in Tampa area would stay again. Great clean place.
