absolutely stunning villa. pictures don't do it justice. lovely peaceful location. the pool is just amazing and the beautiful kitchen was just a pleasure to cook in. Marco was always responsive in anything we needed. we will most definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful 2 weeks

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for our group. Tatiana was very easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout our stay.

This place was perfect for us. family of 4 with 2 kids age 7 and 10. They loved the pool which was bigger then it looked from the photos, was very warm and garden well maintained. really happy with stay and Carrick was quick to respond when we ask questions. asked for a later check out which Carrick was able to accommodate. Great stay would recommend.

Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Home has plenty of room, there was only 3 of us but you could def sleep 5/6 in here comfortably. Beach is about 12 min away. Starbucks is 5 min. away. My only complaint is the tv situation, I didn’t realize before booking that there is only one tv in the living room. None in any of the bedrooms. The bed is very old in the one bedroom but surprisingly not that uncomfortable (or we were just very exhausted from being on the road every day exploring different areas) Pool table was nice to enjoy at night. The patio area has beach supplies. We left a boogie board for the next guest to enjoy. We love bnb’s that have chairs and stuff to take to the beach! Overall great place to stay. Ac works great, appliances are brand new & neighbors are quiet. Thanks to Lisa for a great stay!

This home was just as described. So much to do and felt like home. Pool and hot tub are warm which was one of our favorite things! Tv by the pool was awesome too! Kids loved fishing and kayaking. So much to do close by!

Five stars! The house and Sabina's service (Sam’s support) were top-notch. The pool is located in a private area so that no neighbor has a view in. We enjoyed the many birds in the natural setting behind the house. The house and pool, kitchen, and furnishings are in excellent condition. We used the bikes to explore the neighborhood. Beach accessories and pool supplies were also provided - simply great! Everything we needed! We would definitely stay again!

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

William did a terrific job with his remodel, and it was very comfortable for our stay. There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment which is as important since we stayed for a month. William responded quickly to any questions that we had before and during our stay. I would recommend this location to others.

My family came for a week and loved our stay! The beach is a short walk and John’s instructions were clear to the access. The beach as promised was private and beautiful! We came in June, and weather showed rain everyday, but for us it only rained at night and offered beautiful clouds for a beach sunset. A delightful bonus was the shed with beach items and a wagon to help carry things the beach. It was super helpful and much appreciated! My wife, and our two sons (8 and 11), and I had no problem sharing the space. A/C was cool and quiet, showers were nice, and everything clean. Kitchen is small, but great for cooking simple meals. Cookware is all clean and new! If we find ourselves back visiting the Sarasota area again soon, we will definitely stay here again!

We found our host to be very responsive. The staff is so very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our family. Loved the ocean view and convenience to Ocean Blvd. Magnum was easy to reach and helpful when we had questions! There are photos of the 2 sets of stairs to the unit, so they shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who books, but if you have certain mobility problems or lots of luggage, it may cause some difficulty, so be prepared!

Just as pictured. It is clean and new. Comfortable beds, wel appointed kitchen and bath. Beautiful beach, pool, and dock space. Loved the lanai and all the fans. We even took advantage of the beach gear. Many pet friendly places are disappointing, but this beautiful unit felt luxurious and our entire family was able to enjoy. We will stay again.

The place was immaculately located and maintained

My two boys and I truly enjoyed the condo. It was clean, tidy, roomy, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The community was quiet and peaceful. My boys loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. We were extremely pleased. While we were given a unit that differed from our original request, we understood the reason given and we were in no way disappointed with the new arrangement. The unit was perfect for us and we would definitely return. Bea and her assistant were quick to respond to my questions prior to arrival. We had no issues during our stay, so we never needed to communicate while we were there. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy.

Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

Pavelsplace was beautiful and spacious and served our family’s need perfectly. We flew in for my dads funeral and there were 11 of us staying there. 6 adults and 5 children. We never felt crowded and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The host was super responsive and respectful. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a large group.

5 stars! We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was spotless and very well-equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen supplies to extra towels. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely highlights; perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. It was also great to find a place that’s truly pet-friendly—our dog felt right at home. Everything was just as described, if not better. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

My family and I had a great time . The pool was great and the house was clean and had everything we needed and listed on the description. The AC thermostat was locked but I texted host and he responded almost immediately and adjusted temp to my liking. We felt like at home . We had no issues and I would recommend this place to other people. It is a great place to stay for families specially with kids like ours.

Naveen and Carmen's home was beautiful. We loved the location. The home is located near a boat ramp, which was only about 2 min from the house. Englewood Beach was 7 minutes from the house. Manasota Beach was 16 minutes from the home and Venice Beach was 25 minutes away. There were also some local shops and restaurants located on Dearborn st (Word of Mouth was our favorite) that we really enjoyed. This home was well equipped. There was PLENTY of kitchen, bathroom, pool and beach supplies. Fun games to play as well. The home was extremely clean. While at this time there wasn't a cover over the pool, that was ok, the pool still managed to stay clean and beautiful. The driveway is large and U-Shaped. We were able to fit a SUV and Truck in the driveway. The truck also had a trailer with a pontoon boat on it which fit just fine in the driveway. Naveen was very responsive. We've stayed at several homes and this one was one of our top favorites. We'd definitely consider staying again.

This is a beautiful three-bedroom three-bath home. The outdoor area features a crystal-clear pool, comfortable lounge chairs, an outdoor kitchen, and a grill. Inside the kitchen is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It is very accessible to many great restaurants in Cape Coral and takes 15 minutes to downtown Fort Myers if you are on business. We will always make this our top choice when traveling to Fort Myers.

Gorgeous House. Pristine condition. Beautiful. Comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Great place for a family get together. Awesome kitchen. Kids loved the pool. The pool toys/accessories and outdoor TV screens make the outdoor space perfect for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
