Monthly Rentals in South Water Caye

My wife and I had an awesome time staying at Cashew Cabins. Chris and Brandie were great hosts - even offering to pick us up and show us the town. Chris was also proactive in making sure we were taken care of, giving us plenty of recommendations, keeping us informed of the power outage that happened during our stay, and being an all around great host. Would highly recommend Cashew Cabins as a great place to stay. The pool outside was also a nice way for us to cool off without AC!

The location was easy to find. Tracy was very responsive to my many questions. We got a free upgrade to the Canal House, which was larger and more luxurious than the one we booked. However, the stairs were problematic for me, and Tracy got the Gate House ready within 24 hours, which was a big improvement for me. I am so grateful that they worked so fast, and we were able to relax immediately. The Gate House was immaculate and had wonderful linens. They provided enough bath towels and beach towels for our stay. Laundry was on site. The Gate House was just steps from a private beach and beautiful pool. Tracy provided boogie boards and other small things on request that improved our stay even more. I would say he is a Superhost. The AC and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. I only noticed one power outage (not Tracy's fault) while there, and it was pretty short. We found the entire house to be really comfortable. I don't think we will visit Hopkins again, but if we did we would stay here again.

The home is beautiful and as described. We had a few rainy days and heavy wind so it was nice to have a wonderful home to hang out in.

We loved our stay! Clean space with everything we needed and central location. The pool was an extra bonus. Recommend to the Airbnb community. Phil was a great host.
