Käpälämäki's cottage is a delightful place with many amenities and a great location. The mind and soul rest in these landscapes. Communication with Anna-Marin went really well. We highly recommend it, a wonderful place in the summer! 🌺🌻

Very nice and peaceful place, just perfect for our party of about 20 people. The place matched the description well and the location was suitable, especially when we came from Tampere and Turku. The host responded well to messages and helped with things like a hot tub. Highly recommended!

Lovely peaceful cottage in the midst of beautiful nature. Teija is a lovely host with whom everything went smoothly and smoothly 🥰 We were greeted with warmth and the kids were especially thoughtful ❤️ The weekend was almost too fast and the boy's comment when he left was that we can come here again in the 😊 Sauna and the hot tub crowned the evenings at the end of a sporty day 🤩 The cottage had a great night's sleep and everything you need for a stay, and we found extra in the cottage. The toilet was clean and all the way to the cottage and the setting was thoughtfully designed and implemented. However, well preserved authenticity as a grandma's cottage. Would definitely recommend, 10/10 experience ❤️

We spent a wonderful weekend at the cottage sauna, swimming and relaxing. The cottage had everything you needed, a peaceful and beautiful yard and as a host Tuukka is really friendly, flexible and hospitable, big thanks! :)

This was one of the best summer cottage experiences I’ve ever had. Hannu’s place was even better than the photos and more spacious than I’d imagined. Beautiful views, a lovely sauna and a perfect swimming spot combined with a clean and peaceful space. I’ll be back for sure!!!

Great place to relax and unwind for some days! Amazing location in the middle of the forest, cabin 3 is very private and although the room is small, everything we needed was available.

Just leaving from an idyllic week long stay at this beautiful lakeside property. The location is perfect, being 30 mins from Helsinki and 5 mins from the nearest town. The property and grounds are spacious but homely. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything that you could need to self cater including an outside grill/BBQ. The main selling point however is the outdoor spaces: Sauna, hot top, sun chairs on the jetty, swing bench and choice of outdoor eating areas. The area is very peaceful...prefect for unwinding from the daily grind!

Perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Beautiful cliffs, where the sun shines from morning to night. The cottage was very clean and well-equipped. Parents and children (5 and 2 years old) enjoyed our vacation immensely. We'll be back here again! Thanks again to Maisa and Antti for their kind service.

We were lucky to stay in this incredible place. The cabin is full of history and soul. The view and the light is breath taking. Its location in the forest and by the sea is beautiful. The cabin is well equiped with everything you need. The sauna is very nice but we didnt get to use it. Maybe some other time. This place is unique and we loved it. Juss is quick to respond. We hope to come back some day.

We had a great time in Taikasaari for a summer weekend, ☀️ the destination fully matched its description and everything went smoothly. Communication with Siina went well, she was kind and understanding, even though we had a little adjustment and hassle on the guest side 😅

Beautiful and close to nature. The cottage is charmingly decorated and cozy. I saw very peaceful in the early spring, we got to enjoy the birdsong and the hum of the wind, and there was no one in the neighboring cabins. The outdoor toilet is neat and conveniently close to the cottage. Lovely soft steam in the sauna. We had a great time!

Beautifully decorated cottage with a terrace overlooking a beautiful lake landscape. The kitchen with appliances is functional, although the water has to be carried from the well. Plusses include a large refrigerator & freezer, air heat pump and upstairs blackout curtains. However, the best thing is the large, sunny terrace, where you can enjoy the summer.  The lakeside sauna by the water was pleasant, the steam was soft and you could jump into the water from the pier. The pearl of the beach terrace is the dishwashing area: functional, downright inviting, the water was heated in the outdoor stove and you could do the dishes while admiring the landscape - there was almost a queue for dishwashing shifts! It did not bother to carry the dishes up/down, it was taken in terms of exercise. The cottage was clean and the beds/linens in good condition. Unfortunately, the internet was very patchy, but luckily we were not working remotely. The swaying railings of the stairs and the upper floor of the cottage were a little scary. The road leading to the cottage, which is moderately winding and hilly, also offers its own exciting moment.

Perfectly matched the description. Lovely and cozy cottage. The sofa bed was excellent to sleep on. The chicken and the rooster are also polite. A wonderfully natural and cozy place. I would have enjoyed staying longer. Good cooking facilities, but also close to good restaurants. We will definitely come again when we need accommodation in Vesilahti. Even was easy to deal with and everything went well. :)

Lovely place with a peaceful yard. The private pond and wood sauna on the backyard were highlights of this place. Approximately 60min drive to Lauhavuori national park and 30 minutes to Kauhaneva-Pohjankangas national park. Easy place to find, clear instructions and all necessary amenities could be found from here. Can recommend ☺️

The accommodation corresponded to the description. The cottage was adorable and compact and you could find everything you needed there. Communication with the host was smooth and everything went well. Thank you! We really relaxed on our 2-night vacation. Gulla and her spouse are very kind and helpful. The environment is beautiful, it was peaceful and only the sounds of nature. We grilled, went to the sauna and swimming, and also rowed. A perfect vacation. I recommend staying at their place 😊

We had a lovely two-night stay at this stylish and cozy cottage by the lake. The space was beautifully designed with lots of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We appreciated the tips for local spots to explore, and spending time on the lake with the rowing boat was a treat. Our son especially loved using the fishing rod trying to catch a fish! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thank you Thomas and Anna!

a wonderful cottage in a beautiful and peaceful landscape! Warm recommendation. Everything worked as described in the presentation. The host was immediately and easily available, both ways. The cottage deserves a special mention for the wonderful early summer nature: from the cottage yard we spotted swans, mallards, coots, grebes, a common crane, an osprey, black-crowned cranes, a roe deer, and a huge number of other birds. And bats at the evening gathering!
