A spacious semi-detached house offers space for a larger family or a group of friends. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed and three single beds. There is a sofa bed for two in the living room. The green backyard provides easy access to illuminated jogging trails and ski tracks in winter. The quiet front yard is for the tenant's own use. There is a parking lot for a couple of cars. The bus stop (TKL) is 200 m away and the city centre of Tampere can be reached in 20 minutes. We are unable to accommodate animals due to allergies.

This apartment is located in the peaceful district of Martti so you are only 20mins away from Turku city centre. The river is within walking distance and there are several points of interest nearby. The entryway has a shelf full of maps and brochures from the tourist centre. The windows face the inner courtyard so you won't have to worry about the sound of traffic during your stay. While the apartment is petite, there is ample space for your luggage to be stowed away.

Downstairs is an open kitchen and living room with access to a southern sunny terrace, for example, dining and enjoying the day. There's also a toilet on both floors. The sofa bed downstairs doubles as a second bed for two if needed. Towels and sheets are part of the rental.
