The flat was pristine in every respect. Nothing could have been better. When a light bulb blew in the toilet, I messaged Elizabeth and, even though she was away on holiday herself, she immediately came back to me and gave me access to the locked cupboard where I found a new light bulb and replaced it myself. This is an outstanding Airbnb for anyone wanting to explore this lovely town. I give it 11/10. We did notice that the handrail down the outside steps to the property was broken. The steps are steep so, whoever is responsible for maintaining that area should get that fixed. Also we wondered if the wall socket just behind the lounge door was working. My wife tried charging her phone from it and it didn’t seem to charge. Maybe Elizabeth might want to check it. We’ll be back. Well done Elizabeth. You are a professional and thoughtful host. Thanks. Stephanie offers an exceptional Airbnb - it is spacious with all you could need … and more. It is ideally located, just metres from Buxton park and a very short walk into town. Stephanie was considerate and flexible, responding swiftly to any queries we had ahead of our trip. We were delighted and it surpassed with ease any expectations we had. Don’t hesitate to book - you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful flat, really well decorated, clean and comfortable. Would recommend. Only slightly weird thing is that it’s a 2 bed but one bedroom was locked which I’ve never experienced before. I was travelling alone but would’ve been nice to choose the room I slept in, as I had to use the one facing the main road and was hot but a bit noisy to open the window overnight. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Litton Mill – the apartment was beautifully appointed and had everything (and more) that we needed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. The location is perfect – right beside the Monsal Trail and central to so many beautiful walks and villages. We especially recommend the walk to Monsal Head along the trail, then up the hill by the tunnel to a café with delicious treats and a cosy pub. A truly memorable stay – we’d happily return.

A fantastic place to stay with lovely surroundings, great for walks along the river. A spacious and comfortable place that was great value for money.

The apartment was fabulous. It was beautifully decorated and furnished. The facilities were all spotless and high quality. It is ideally placed to enjoy a relaxing stay in Belper. Susan is a friendly and welcoming host. I hope we'll be visiting again soon.

Stayed at Lewis place for 10 days. Helped me with the self check-in and the place was just as described! Nicely located next to the main road with an accessible Bus Stop. Supermarkets and Shops are nearby

Nice flat, well stocked with all we needed. Very quiet while we were there. No complaints. Would stay there again.

We only stayed for two nights for a quick fly through visit, but we were really impressed with the flat. It was clean, tidy and comfy. We loved all the little details Sarah added in, so many recommendations on things to do and she even left us milk and biscuits for when we arrived. Really wonderful spot, great value for money, will be booking again.

Absolutely gorgeous little cottage in a great location to explore the Peak District! We met the hosts mother upon check in and had a lovely chat which made us feel right at home. We loved the farmland nearby and the sounds of the animals outside as well as the lovely garden area where you can relax in the sun. Oh and the views are to die for! The WiFi was perfect and the TV was great to watch movies on during those rainy days, there was also lots of leaflets to help plan your trips around the Peak District. Worth noting, albeit this is in the process of being resolved from our understanding, if you are a light sleeper it may be worth baring in mind you can hear upstairs guests. It wasn’t an issue for us at all, but worth mentioning, however this didn’t affect our stay at all! Overall, we had a fantastic week here and would come back in a heartbeat, thank you so much Naomi for a wonderful stay!

Shola’s place was great and she is lovely and very responsive. It’s very well situated and very quiet.

Another lovely stay at Diana's apartment. It has everything you need and is very comfortable - especially the bed: a great night's sleep! It is in a very handy location: on the bus route to get into the city if you don't want to drive, and only a few minutes from the beautiful Peak District. What more could you ask for? I am sure we will be returning.

A lovely apartment in a great location, very peaceful in the evening. Had a lovely meal at The Peacock, which is situated practically next door. The smell from the cafe below in the morning was amazing so I just had to stop and grab some breakfast before I left, but it was so good that I ended up getting my lunch as well. So much choice and excellent homemade delights, especially the cakes. Would love to stay again.

Our second visit to this fabulous ‘home from home’. Superbly hosted by Vivienne. A wonderful hidden gem, really well presented, spotlessly clean with nice personal touches like fresh flowers, milk and water in the fridge, all at a very competitive rate! We had a fantastic stay, loved every minute. Geraldine is a lovely host - she and her family were friendly and welcoming - we were very well looked after during our stay. The house is in a gorgeous location - the village is beautiful and peaceful but is still in easy reach of nearby towns and local amenities if needed. We had some lovely walks during our week - the countryside is stunning. A fabulous property - full of character and has the most lovely feel to it. The furnishings are of a high quality and the house is very well equipped - we were so comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We will absolutely definitely be back - very soon we hope!

The first thing you notice about this apartment in Buxton is how beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean it is. All very fresh and tasteful which makes it very easy to feel at home. I loved the nightlights that popped on too! The location was brilliant. A minute or so’s walk to some great restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the Tap Room, Sock & Buskin cocktail bar, Santiago’s (tapas) and Simply Thai. Also Cavendish Pizza is an easy quick meal. The gardens, opera house and crescent are all very close too. We had a morning at the spa and could see the apartment from the outside pool! As expected with a location so close to things, there is some noise at night. It was warm weather so there were quite a lot of people drinking outside and being loud until midnight. We put the bedroom fan on which drowned it out a bit though. Top tip - when loading/unloading your car you can open a window in the front room and pass your bags through!

My partner stayed the night before our wedding and Kim was the perfect host! The annex was perfectly clean and exactly what she was looking for. Kim went above and beyond to make her stay extra special! Thank you!

Great hosts who are always there to help from check in to check out. Loved the apartment and amenities provided. Also big shoutout to their parking space inside which is much safer than the streets :)

The frankfurt was just right for what me and me my, wife and 2 girls(6 & 4) needed. The location was perfect for visiting various key peak district spots as well as having 2 great pubs in walking distance. We would definately look to rebook if back in the area.

The property was absolutely beautiful, spotless and spacious. Would definitely recommend a stay!
