Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

Beautiful home, plenty of space and great location!

The stay here was perfect. I stayed with my bridal party the night before my wedding and it had everything we needed. Nancy was also very friendly and responsive which made the booking and checking in process seamless.

Lovely air bnb. Justin was great with communicating and letting us extend our check out time by a couple of hours. Location was good but loud when going to sleep on weekends people walking past. Construction was happening next door which we weren’t made aware of so was loud! Workers throwing bricks and tools around.

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

Beautiful house! The outdoor entertaining area was very nice, and it was great being so close to shops in Richmond.

What a peaceful and beautiful stay! We felt right at home at the George and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and birds singing in the garden. The house is very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Sandringham is a lovely neighbourhood with a nice beach and just a 30 min train ride into the city. Shari was very kind and helpful.

Gemimas place is amazing The apartment is beautiful, spacious and a little oasis amidst the business of Gertrude street The outdoor bath/garden is so beautiful and serene - we got some sunshine out there and it was just gorgeous One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in Will definitely be looking to stay again

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless – very clean and tidy throughout, which made it super comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

We loved our stay at Lucy’s. We are from Melbourne and familiar with the area but needed a place for a month. Lucy’s was perfect. Great location, easy parking, very well stocked kitchen, basic condiments and things available for cooking, super comfy bed and lovely living room. Everything we needed, could have stayed long-term gladly. Lucy provided really clear info and was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! We had a wonderful time at this adorable little apartment! It is located in a very convenient location where many cafes, restaurants, and other venues are within walking distance. Would happily stay here again! The hosts were super lovely to work with too ☺️

Such a beautiful small home, so clean and bed linen immaculate. Beds so so comfy. Really felt safe, the street has elderly long term owners. Very quiet and safe area. I’m big on cleanliness and this was 10/10. Def staying again. Kitchen facilities brilliant, did all my cooking with good quality pots and utensils. Bathroom is awesome, love the view. Cant fault. We really enjoyed staying at Mrs Stanley. The house was coay and private, and was i an amazing location for first-time visitors to Melbourne - super well located to a supermarket, restaurants and a train station. Kim was a wonderful host and she provided all the information we needed for a trouble-free and very comfortable stay.

This was the most amazing apartment we have ever stayed in. The views are incredible & the location couldn’t be better - lots going on in South Yarra, but quiet & peaceful in the apartment. Jason was a great host, even messaging early one morning to tell us that the hot air balloons were visible on the skyline - it was an experience just to watch them floating by. Would definitely book again & recommend to anyone.

Great communication, great apartment. I especially appreciated the kitchen, which had everything you need, down to spices. And just a 30 minute walk to the CBD along the Yarra, which was great for evening walks! Thanks for a great stay.
