Just steps away from shops, restaurants, gardens, casino, galleries and theatres, you will never be short of something to experience when exploring the surrounding neighbourhoods. This 200+ sqm apartment has a sensible and practical layout, thoughtfully appointed with all the necessities of home. Downstairs is an expansive living space, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Entertain in style in the large living space with dining table for 8, BBQ on the oversized balcony with proper seating for 8, or make yourself Nespresso coffee in the fully equipped kitchen. All beds are dressed with quality Sheridan linen and our towels are also from Sheridan. We have a selection of complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms. We are family friendly. We can supply a baby gate for the stairs, highchair, step stool and travel cot on request. We have children's cups, cutlery and crockery. Single fold outs are made in Italy with latex mattress, and are comfortable for adults as well as children. The location and size of the apartment makes it the ideal location to get ready for your wedding day. Room to accommodate all of the groomsmen/bridesmaids (and their dresses!), as well as room for all to get their hair and make up done. A luxurious space to return to and spend your first night as a couple. There are snacks, cereal, Nespresso coffee and tea supplied, as well as a litre of real milk in the full size fridge. Staples in the pantry are provided for your convenience. We can also help you organise a delivery from a supermarket, liquor store or florist to coincide with your arrival. Located in the Arts Precinct of Southbank, behind St Kilda Rd. The Royal Botanic Gardens, Shrine, Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, NGV, VCA & ACCA all steps away. Federation Square, Crown and Southgate 10 mins walk. Convention Centre 15 mins walk. South Melbourne Market, Rod Laver Arena & MCG 20 mins walk. Trams, scooter hire & car share at the door. The apartment is located a ten minute stroll from Flinders Street Station, two minutes from the trams of St Kilda Road, two minutes from the Melbourne Bike Share Station at ACCA or there is a car share car parked directly at the front of the building, with several more parked around this block. The Monash/Westgate/Tullamarine freeway is a minute's drive for easy access to all of Melbourne and Victoria by car, if you are planning a visit to the Phillip Island Penguins, the Yarra Valley Wine Region, the Mornington Peninsula or Surf Coast, to name a few. There are two on site undercover carparks if you are a local or have driven from interstate. This is a residential property with a live in building manager and security, who strictly enforce owners corporation Rules. It is not a hotel. Noise complaints will be made by other residents resulting in additional call out charges for security and/or police attendance. If you are a large group intending to make noise after 10.00pm (whether it is inside the apartment, or on your way in and out from the apartment), you really will not enjoy staying here. We like to be upfront with our guests, rather than deal with the hassle for them and us later! You MUST be aged over 28 years to book this property. The whole apartment is yours to enjoy. There are 2 Bedrooms with quality mattresses, bedding and towels for up to 6 people. 1 Queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second. The 2 single beds in the second bedroom can be converted to a king size bed if needed. There is a portable cot on site if needed and blockout blinds in all rooms. The apartment will accommodate 4 guests, however we have a comfortable sofa bed that will accommodate 2 extra guests at an extra $20 per person per night. We love to travel and love helping travelers enjoy their stay in our apartment. If there is anything you need during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us. Then there is a free shuttle bus to all the hotels just ask to be dropped off at the Quest Southbank in Kavanagh Street, or it’s around a 15 to 20 minute walk to the apartment. Otherwise a taxi is the best method, it will cost around $60 plus tolls and will deliver you directly to the building. Everything is within easy walking distance but public transport, rental bikes and the Melbourne Hop-on Hop-off buses are close at hand. Melbourne has a free tram zone around the city center only a 4 min walk away. The Free Tram will take you from - Federation Square to Melbourne Aquarium, Etihad Stadium, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, Victoria Markets, Royal Exhibition Building, Fitzroy Garden and everything in between. The Hop-on Hop-off bus has a stop 2 min walk away and will take you to nearby attractions such as St Kilda beach, Melbourne Zoo, Docklands, Lygon St, Comedy Theater and the Sporting Precinct / MCG just to name a few. Hire bikes are just around the corner and will allow you to have the freedom to go where ever you choose. THE SPACE There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. It is perfect for that romantic getaway, two couples, the business traveller, or a small family. There is also a portable baby's cot. The apartment is fitted out with high quality fixtures and fittings. It has a European laundry and the fully equipped kitchen has quality appliances. The living and dining areas are designed to be stylish and contemporary, at the same time as being very comfortable and functional. There are two beautifully appointed bathrooms. Reverse cycle airconditioning and heating ensure that you will be comfortable all year round. The north facing balcony provides abundant natural light and overlooks the iconic ACDC Lane Hotel quality mattresses and high-grade linen ensure a good night's sleep, and double glazing provides a peaceful escape from the sounds of the busy city when needed. Well-equipped gymnasium Residents lounge with large screen television Rooftop garden with great views and barbeque (may be subject to private bookings by other residents). Admire Harbour Views from a Stylish Apartment

You will enjoy a breathtaking view day and night, facing dockland harbour. Don't miss the sunset, it's beautiful!!! Please feel free to use everything in the apartment. We have washing machine + dryer for you to use. And the swimming pool + gym is on level 2. I will provide you a self-check-in information. It will make the check-in more flexible. The apartment is positioned right across the road from the Skybus terminal at Southern Cross Station. The complex is also situated in the free tram zone – although many are more excited about the famous cafe ‘Higher Ground’ in the same building. Well, big thanks to Melbourne! Becasue we have free tram zone in Melbourne CBD. And luckily my apartment is in the free tram zone as well. Please remember this is a residential property, not a commercial venue. Guests won't be allowed to host a birthday party, wedding party in the apartment. Extra cost + extra cleaning fee will be charged if this kind of situation happens.
