The Pedra da Balança Chalet is located in the Serrano neighborhood in São Bento do Sapucaí. It is a Chalet in the mountains overlooking Pedra do Baú and Pedra da Balança. In addition to the comfort of the accommodations, with a fireplace in the living room and a kitchen with utensils for meals, the view from the chalet's deck is a true overlook of the region. Casa Mugango is in Cunha, in the district of Campos Novos, about 25 km from the center, with 19 km of paved roads! A place in the countryside with internet that's perfect for home office. It's a refuge from the hustle and bustle, a calm environment close to nature and country living. The house is surrounded by fragments of forest. Wild animals, insects, spiders and frogs can be found, even with periodic dedetizations. During the rainy season, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle!

The property is located in Vale dos Frades (OFF ROAD), 5 km after Cachoeira dos Frades. Its location is privileged because it is close to the famous Três Picos, which give the State Park its name. The region offers tours on rivers with waterfalls, hiking and climbing, which can be done even within the property. The site has two small lakes with carp and tilapia. There are also ducks and chickens, in addition to the typical birds of the Atlantic Forest and fruit trees.
