Everything was great!

Mr. Sérgio is a great host! He did not receive us personally but for the little we talked about in a message I consider him this way! I stayed with my family (wife and 2 small children) we were very impressed with the house! There's so much more than the pictures! It has 2 HUGE TVS (1 in each room), 1 SUITE, in the other room, 2 BEDS and even another bathroom with JACUZZI and whirlpool! 1 space with automatic gate! The neighborhood is very quiet, it has places to eat nearby and all over the city, there are supermarkets nearby! The street of the house and the whole city is very well lit up that gives the feeling that we are at dawn! 11 pm we spent on a playground nearby that still had children playing!!! We stayed 2 weeks, we loved our stay! SUPER WE RECOMMEND🙌🙌🙌

complete house with everything you need, swimming pool, SPA, en-suite rooms. Extremely large house very well equipped. Super quiet condominium, speedboat and 4x4 ride picked up inside the condominium. Soraia gave me all the information and was very quick to answer all questions. A 10-star house.

The stay was peaceful and Luiz was very helpful at all times. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos. I highly recommend it.

The house and very close to the beach ,I took my dog to feel at ease in the big yard the owner of the house super antecioncoso with the things the house next to the simple house clean house but it's worth it will come back yesmm

The stay was wonderful, the house is very beautiful, it had everything we needed to spend the days, equipped kitchen, large and comfortable rooms and impeccable cleanliness, with an excellent barbecue area, and the hostess was very helpful in serving us. Next time I go to the lake region, I will give priority to Cátia's accommodations.

The place is very beautiful and cozy, with a diverse interior. Great communication with the owners and a quiet neighbor with plenty of nearby facilities (grocery store, bakery and a bar)

I love the beach where the cottage is located, it is peaceful, and Carlos' accommodation was a great experience! When we went, it wasn't very hot, so there weren't many insects and the weather was pleasant. For those who like to keep their feet in the sand, it's an incredible place to spend a few days. It would surely come back!

Alexandre’s place is a peaceful, foot in the sand, modern house with a great living room. Having breakfast at the balcony’s table overlooking the beach was priceless. The area is stunning. Alexandre was very helpful and proactive, and we ended up sourcing boat and other suppliers through his recommendations. Neusa, the lady who helped us with cleaning and food, does all with passion and great care. Her food is amazing and nothing is impossible for her. I highly recommend the stay in this place and plan to come back!

My stay at this accommodation was simply perfect! The house is extremely comfortable, clean and well-equipped, offering everything we need for a memorable stay. The location is great, with easy access to local sights and shops. The apartment is beautifully decorated and conveys a feeling of incredible coziness. The room is large, the beds super comfortable, and the air-conditioning ensures a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is complete, with all the utensils needed to prepare meals as if we were at home. The balcony is a great differential: impeccable swimming pool, functional condominium barbecue and a perfect space to relax and enjoy special moments. The host was extremely attentive and always available for any questions or needs. From check-in to check-out, everything was very organized and quiet. Without a doubt, one of the best experiences I have had here on Airbnb.

We like the house very much, especially for the location. It is a short time from the centrinho, it is very quick to go there by car or van. In addition, the condominium is a foot in the sand and it is easy to enjoy the beach at any time. In the house we found everything we needed, Graziella served us very well, was attentive to what we need. We have nothing to complain about and on a possible return to Arraial, it would be in the house again.

Extremely quiet place, gated condominium with 24h gate, several leisure areas and the apartment is complete with the utensils. Luiz responds quickly and gave all instructions. I recommend and intend to return.

The house is beautiful, well-equipped and was impeccably clean. The location is excellent, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Márcia was extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to meet us and offer all the necessary support. The one who received us was Amauri, who helped us at check-in and was always available to help. We only have compliments for this accommodation! Do not forget to enjoy the sunset, it was simply stunning! And the sea at night is a delight! I highly recommend it!
