Gorgeous cosy cottage - just what we wanted. We stayed here with our 3 year old and 8 month old. The place is just as gorgeous as the photos and immaculately clean and comfortable. Kirran is a fantastic host with lovely little extras. 15 min drive from Diggerland and up the road from a lovely little Zoo. The hot tub was fab - would definitely recommend.

lovely house, feels very secluded! good size kitchen and living room. the house is very old and lots of cobwebs/ spiders around, not the cleanest. would definitely stay again though

What a hidden gem of a place! We feel so lucky to have found Stable Oak Cottages and to have spent New Year there with our family celebrating our sons 18th. The place was gorgeous and the hot tub such a treat! The alpacas were great entertainment and the luxurious little touches from bath robes and sliders, to home baked bread and muffins were just wonderful. Highly recommend.

we have stayed at the cottage before and it never fails .When we stepped in it felt like coming home !!!! . the secure parking and lovely garden are such a bonus,as is the hot tub. lovely pub next door with great food .Rowland gives clear instructions about access and the keyless entry makes coming and going so easy,no worries about who has the key !!! if you are looking for cozy and quirky this is the place.

My friends and I had an outstanding time at the cottage. Everything was as expected and more. Jason was an amazing host and made sure we were well prepared. The location was great and the surroundings were stunning; we saw deers within 10 minutes of arriving. We highly recommend visiting Hatfield Forest, especially a walk around the lake, and a local pub lunch.

Ron & Janet were super friendly hosts couldn't do enough for us had lovely conversations with them,the accommodation was so comfortable well equipped clean and surroundings peaceful the garden was a real sun trap hot tub was so warm and relaxing and bonus it was inside only 10 metres from accommodation ,can't recommend these lovely people highly enough there're the best will certainly stay again

The cottages are in a beautiful location, with precise locations from Doug which made it easy to locate. The house was well kept and the hot tub was a brilliant addition with instructions on how to operate if unsure, the hospitality was great. As well the grounds around the church and cottage’s are kept to tip top condition. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back.

The house is beautiful and has a parking space which is a huge bonus in Whitstable where it can be quite difficult to park. Location is perfect, 1 minute walk from both the Harbour, and the high street which has beautiful shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are spacious, the garden is beautiful and the communication from Peter was excellent throughout.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maya’s cottage. We would love to come back and would recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in Whitstable!

We had a family party nearby and stayed to be within easy distance of other family. We have stayed at Peter and Stella's before and would do so again. The garden is beautiful and the location peaceful. The house is within 7 minutes walking distance of Lenham, which is a picturesque and friendly village with a medieval centre. There are 2 pubs, a fish and chip shop, a chemist, post office and bakery. The house is fine for four people. It is comfortable and Peter and Stella live next door and are friendly and can help you have any questions.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay. The cottage was beautiful inside and out, and a perfect location to walk and explore the surrounding area and enjoy all that Whitstable has to offer. Charlotte offered great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We loved our stay at Seabird Cottage, thank you.

This place is great. Fiona was friendly, helpful and informative from the start. She gave us advice and guidance about her place unlike some people who are over the top with their rules. Her place is very clean and comfortable. It is also very stylish with high quality fittings. I don’t think I’ve stayed in a place that is more equipped; the kitchen has so much. Fiona has really thought about the place and what is needed as a guest. Parking in the local area was straightforward and the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We walked to the Old Neptune, Tapas and the newish pizza place also on Harbour Street. Very good coffee from Grain and Hearth and Blueprint. This was a perfect place for us as 4 adults- us two in our 50s and our daughter and her partner (18/19 year olds). Excellent.

What a gem of a find. Spent a few days here with some friends, catching up and working remotely and it was utter bliss. The location is excellent, so close to everything!! and the house is perfect, exactly as described, no surprises just comfort and relaxed vibes. Beds were super comfy also, not always a given! Rufus our Labrador was also made to feel very at home in a truly dog friendly environment, he loved his days sheltering from the sun in the cool house and evenings on the beach! Dahlia is a wonderful host! We can recommend the Salt Sea Scrub Sauna on the beach as well as Oyster Happy Hour! We will be returning!

Firstly. We love whitstable. We love it so much we might even more there. Secondly. Janet’s place is great! She’s a brilliant host. Super responsive, let us check in a little early and leave a little late. I imagine this is booking dependent. Had a little thing of milk in the fridge. To recommend. The cottage is so lovely,home for home , spotless clean ,lovely and quiet, so many added extra touches by Helen to make our stay so fabulous and welcome pack much appreciated, easy check-in, easy parking -great communication from Helen, comfortable and highly recomended , close to Chelmsford but also situated down a private road which was quiet -lovely relaxing conservatory in the sunshine -10 out of 10 and brilliant host -thankyou Helen for a great stay

Beautiful location right on the beach, great for a swim in the sea or to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. The cottage was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We love The Orchard cottage, this was our second stay. The hosts are so friendly and helpful, it’s an absolute pleasure to stay here. We love everything about it, it was particularly beautiful this time with lovely weather. We enjoyed relaxing in The Orchard, cooling off at the pool and wandering around the gardens and estate.

I’ve used Airbnb in Leigh on many occasions and can honestly say this is the best. The cottage was immaculate catering for every need. Lovely garden with panoramic sea views. Easy reach of the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Would definitely choose this cottage every time and highly recommend it. Host Cindy was great too.

Lovely little house, beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Extremely central location with parking for one car. Excellent communication from host Dean who is very knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions you may have. Would definitely recommend. Hope to return in the near future as there is so much more to see in Canterbury than we managed in just a weekend!

Bradley’s Barn was perfect. Comfortable beds and spotlessly clean throughout. Sally sweetly left us bread, butter, milk and jams. She couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Also highly recommend The Anchor Inn in Nayland which Sally told us about delicious food and beautiful spot by the river.
