What a fantastic stay we had! This place is more than just a caravan. It felt like home from home. Such a spacious, comfortable and all round perfect place to stay. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The host was responsive and even came to the caravan to help us with some things when we arrived. Very close to whitstable, Hearn bay and not far from Broadstairs we visited them all. We will definitely be back.

We had to go out again to buy things like a sponge and dishwasher detergent, but Aldi and Tesco were nearby, so it wasn’t a big problem. The caravan was in very good condition, especially considering the price. The manager was very kind and explained everything clearly when we had questions. Our whole family really liked it.

Van is in one of the best spots for views and privacy. Very comfortable with everything you need close by. Another fab stay.

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

Beautiful place, excellent facilities and clean. Antonina was brilliant, responsive and a lovely host. Would definitely recommend. It was perfect for our big family gathering and plenty for the kids to play with in the kids room! All in all, wonderful trip! Thank you so much for having us!

Excellent séjour à Sunny Daze! Le logement de Violet est top, spacieux, propre et vraiment très joli ! L'environnement est très agréable ! Les plages à proximité sont un réel plaisir. Violet donne beaucoup d'informations et est très réactive ,c'est très appréciable ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

We were very impressed on arrival. Lovely peaceful grounds, pool bigger than we’d expected and great games area. Good place to stay with our extended family, good central location, really enjoyed nearby Canterbury. We were lucky with the weather. We visited Howletts zoo & 2 different sea-sides. The house is quite warm, it’s great fans are provided in all bedrooms. Improvements- Need better extraction for the kitchen- & update the book on what to do if the smoke alarm goes off! The agency were quick to help but with poor phone signal this was tricky to arrange. Bigger beds/ new mattresses Downstairs loo had no toilet lid Other reviews mentioned cobwebs & the place seeming a bit ‘tired’, I’d agree with some of that but it didn’t stop us having a wonderful time & a few cobwebs don’t bother me, everything else was clean and we’d love to return .

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Lorna's house. The views were fantastic, and the home was well-equipped, making it perfect for our family getaway. The welcome basket was a thoughtful touch! Lorna was a very helpful and responsive host, and the location between Herne Bay and Whitstable was ideal. We'd happily return and highly recommend this lovely seaside retreat.

Melanie is a fantastic host—super friendly and always quick to respond. She goes above and beyond to describe local activities in detail, which really helped us plan our stay. The property itself is great, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's clear that Melanie is a proactive host who genuinely cares about her guests’ experience. Highly recommend!

We spent 5 nights at Debra’s beautiful home in Tankerton over my daughter’s half term holiday. It was exactly what we needed - a home away from home. The perfect space for her to study and relax together, while allowing me to catch up with friends and explore Tankerton, Whitstable and all the lovely restaurants and shops. Thank you so much Debra, I hope we’ll be back.

We had such an incredible time at this house. We were all pleasantly surprised at how great the house was and all the amenities. I don’t think the advert does it justice. We were a big group of 21 with 11 little ones who were in HEAVEN. We got very lucky with the weather and spent the whole weekend in the glorious grounds. We brought our own paddling pool and it was perfect. The aspect of the house means you get stunning sunsets and the back terrace is a real sun trap - long evenings sunbathing until 7pm! The surrounding area is stunning and the local village is so beautiful!! Walking distance (even with a million young children) to the village shop and then on to the very well equipped play park. We only wish we could have stayed for a week, the kids never wanted to leave. Some very special memories made here! Rachel the host is on the end of the phone for any questions and was excellent at responding to our queries.

Robert was a great host and quick to fix any minor issues. Super house in a quiet area. I was working in the area but if you are a bird watcher there is lots to do. The local pub was very welcoming too. The loo is downstairs which may worry some but was fine with us. The garden was dog friendly as it was fully enclosed. The decor is super stylish.

What a find. Wonderful helpful and friendly family. We didn't have any issues with anything relating to this location. Clean well equipped and spacious property. Quiet location within walking distance of the local pub. Park and ride to Canterbury within five miles and cost £4. for the two of us. Location was perfect for us. We would definitely choose to stay with Emily and Simon again when we are next in Kent.

Really nice and clean, easy check in instructions. Was small but was nicely decorated. You are in their garden when you stay there but the owner has good privacy measures in the air b&b so no one can see in.

The house was beautiful, tastefully updated and very well organized. We loved using the fireplaces and Kate had the house nicely decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was wonderful and we enjoyed cooking our Christmas dinner there. It was a perfect setting for a vacation rental, lovely grounds, footpaths just around the corner, just perfect! And Kate was very responsive to all our requests. Recommended great local restaurants and a 13th century church for Christmas Day. Excellent accommodation! We loved it!

Extremely happy with our recent visit. We stayed here for a yoga retreat style weekend as a group of friends. The host was very helpful and gave us a tour on arrival and was on text messages if we needed anything. We brought our own yoga mats with us and did yoga on the decking with beautiful views surrounding us. We had a private chef cook us a meal - the kitchen was super modern and clean, dining tables outside and inside so if it's sunny you can make the most of the outdoor space. We visited local Yotes Court Vineyard for a tour which was fab and only 15 mins away by car. The property felt very clean and the facilities were perfect. Would 100% recommend and would visit again.

Lovely home ideal for a few friends sharing, as we were. Special mention for the lovely big first floor living room and outdoor seating area.

We had a lovely stay at Becky’s place. The house was very clean and comfortably spacious for our group of seven — no small feat when you’re trying to coordinate showers, tea rounds and who gets the comfy seat in the garden. The terrace and garden were a real highlight, with a little sea view that made morning coffees and evening drinks feel extra pleasant. The value for money was excellent, which we really appreciated. Now, the location… well, let’s just say Sheppey has a certain rugged charm. It’s not exactly buzzing with activity, but if you’re looking to unplug, stare at the sky and listen to seagulls with strong regional accents, you’re in the right place. The house itself is simple and functional. Becky was responsive and helpful throughout, and the listing was accurate. Thanks again for the stay!

We were a group of 8 friends celebrating a 60th birthday together. It is a charming and quirky property in the most adorable location. We were blessed with great spring weather and even managed a couple of icy swims! The owners could not have been more helpful. We would definitely return and recommend it to others.

A great venue - hosted a large group with ease, Kitchen was well equipped and we felt right at home, Greeted on arrival and given a quick tour so no concerns how anything worked and very comfortable. I would stay here again :)
