Holiday rentals with a kayak in Southern Alberta

The residential area is peaceful. It was an ideal spot for us because we were able to walk to our family's home, that was in the same area, for our weekend family get together. As well, Warren's home is about a block away from a grocery store. The suite is clean and modern. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. Good window coverings. A comfortable bed, which is always important. It did miss an area to hang clothes but Warren was able to improvise a clothes hanging area for us that worked for the weekend. The back yard has comfortable loungers, chairs, a hammock and a fire pit. It was nice area to sit outside to read a book. Being a bottom floor walk out it maintained a cool temperature during the hot summer days. Warren is friendly, helpful and responsive. We felt right at home. We enjoyed our time with our family in Chestermere and our stay at Warren's place.

Super clean place. The instructions to get in were clear and simple. The property is right by highway 1 which was convenient. There is a plaza within walking distance to get groceries and a bite. Parking was on the street which can fill up. However, Joel provides the option to park behind the property if that happens. Overall, quite satisfied with the stay.

Julie is such a welcoming person The unit was the perfect location for visiting family locally. Great spot by the Bow River and walks locally. 10 minutes walk to a couple of eateries. The unit is so clean and works well for what we need. We look for ward ti returning in a few weeks 😄👍

We really enjoyed our stay at Naomi’s place! Naomi is a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and incredibly easy to communicate with. The home was comfortable and welcoming, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend and love to stay again!

5 Stars – A Weekend Saved by a Wonderful Host! Our stay at the Little Nest was an unexpected blessing! After a last-minute hotel cancellation left us stranded in Calgary, we found Zhi’s place—and it was the best thing that could’ve happened. Zhi responded almost immediately, graciously accepted our late booking, and had everything ready by the time we arrived that night. The space was cozy, beautifully kept, and had thoughtful touches—including a bed with massage features that was a delightful surprise! Even though there had just been some repairs at the property, Zhi was transparent, proactive in communicating, and made sure we felt totally comfortable. It never impacted our stay in any negative way. What truly stood out was Zhi’s kindness and attentiveness—especially knowing he’s a new host. He checked in on us, made sure we were okay, and honestly treated us more like guests in his home than just customers. This Airbnb might’ve been a backup plan at first, but it turned out

Justin has been amazing from the moment I booked our stay months ago. Super responsive to msgs and very friendly! Checked in with us in the morning of our check in with instructions on how to get into our stay and the home was beautiful! The little good basket was a nice touch in case we forgot anything! We enjoyed the comfort of Justin’s space while we in town for a wedding and the pool and hot tub made for enjoyable evenings. My fav was sitting on the deck with the goldfish! We will def book again if we find ourselves back this way! Thanks again for the use of your space!!!!

This is a beautiful place! Lovely interior and a nice view of the canal. It’s very well maintained and Monika is very communicative. Would love to stay here again for longer!

Such a great stay and the hosts exceeded my expectations for this stay. Thank you for taking my family in , we were surprised to learn that we needed absolutely nothing other than groceries. Super clean environment, you would love this place if you booked!

The cabin was cute, cozy and beautifully and uniquely decorated. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor space on the large, well furnished deck as a great place to spend time relaxing in the woods. Lydia was very responsive to the requests that we had.

Curtis was very easy to contact! We had an amazing time at the cabin! The deck was so bright and sunny during the day!

The cabin on a small farm where we stayed was super nice and ideally located near Waterton's parks. Sandra was a great hostess, really kind and helpful. She recommended a rodeo at Pincher Creek and even gave us fresh eggs! I highly recommend this place!

Amazing property! Was perfect for our friend meetup. So peaceful and perfect for our group. We were already talking about next year! The kitchen had everything we needed from wine glasses to cookware. Beds were comfortable. Extra blankets were cozy. The large table was perfect for games, meals and crafting. The sauna, pool and hot tub were a nice bonus!
