We had a wonderful stay at the Trip & stay unit. Location is just excellent. The room very cozy. Definitely will book again on our next visit.

The place is walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport. The building had secure entry which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like towels, and other essentials. The host, Rhea, was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Its my second stay here, because I enjoyed my first stay so much. it has everything you need in an airbnb, restaurants across the road, grocery store behind, malls just a 10 minute drive away, as well as a balcony to sit outside and take it all in. Accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Overall a 5 star stay. thanks again 😊

I stayed for a month in this 1BR condo and had a fantastic experience. The place was super comfortable, with a great view that I never got tired of. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive—any questions I had were answered quickly. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The place is clean and spacious. The host and staff are very kind and also responsive in the chat. They even accommodated my requests. I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. We had a great stay at this property! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It’s also well-suited for families, with enough space to make everyone feel at home. There was a small hiccup with the sleeping arrangements, but the owner promptly took care of it, which we really appreciated. Overall, a positive experience and we’d be happy to stay here again.

We had a great experience during our stay. The room was clean, cozy, and kitchen was fully equipped. Everything we needed was there. The only minor issue was that the shower door wouldn’t close properly, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay at Chris' place with a beautiful city view. Very convenient area and it being close to a local tv network studio, I had the chance to meet local celebrities during my stay.

A steal deal! What you see is what you get as posted in the photos. The unit was spotless and smelt so clean upon our entry, well equipped and all listed facilities / equipment are in good working condition. My son loved the soft beanbag. Added bonus, Melody and Ronald are super great hosts, highly responsive and helpful, includes free wifi access, mineral water, kitchen / dining utensils , and toiletries with a generous amount of fresh towels. The building’s entry formalities included filling out a few pages of forms by hand which I found quite redundant (however still a common practice here in PH with most establishments to be left back of the digital age). Exit formalities was definitely a lot more simpler! :)
