An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Mini suite Agostiniani-home gallery

The small cave house has a separate entrance. It is a small underground room completely carved out of the tuff rock. The caves have their own particular microclimate that is regulated by heating in winter and dehumidification when necessary. In the outdoor space, furnished with a small table and chairs, you can meet and make friends with my kitten and my dog, a very sweet Border Collie. Staying in a cave is an experience.
