Yksinkertaisesti rakastimme majoittua tässä kohteessa, täyden 10 kokemus! Huvila ja sen piha-alue olivat hyvin kauniit, isoista ikkunoista suorat näkymät järvelle. Huvilassa oli todella hyvät varustelut, aina kun jotain etsi, se kyllä löytyi. Päiviämme pitistivät erilasten lintujen laulut ja piipahtamiset tontilla, sekä kaksi söpöä sheltti-koiraa, jotka ilmaantuivat aina silloin tällöin rapsuteltaviksi. Huvilassa oli moderneja ratkaisuja vaativallekin mökkeilijälle, mutta myös tunnelmointia esimerkiksi puusaunan ja paljun osalta. Palju maksettiin eriksee ja se oli lämmitettynä mökille saapuessa. Myös hiekkaranta oli hyvä. Huvilan isolla terassilla söimme aamupalaa, nautiskelimme auringosta ja pääsimme myös joogaamaan! Majoittajasta sai ystävällisen kuvan ja hän vastaili hyvin viesteihimme. Mökille oli helppo löytää ja sisäänkirjautuminen oli vaivatonta. Majoittuisimme täällä ehdottomasti myös uudestaan!

We had a great stay at Peter & Aina's guesthouse. The house is very spacious and the covered porch is wonderful in any weather. The house and garden feel very private but at the same time our lovely hosts were always available to help us out. The location is great: really quiet and peaceful yet so easy to reach from Helsinki. We even had the opportunity to celebrate midsummer with our hosts which made for an unforgettable experience. Strongly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The sauna and jacuzzi were absolute highlights and made for a truly relaxing experience. The surroundings are peaceful and perfect for unwinding. Overall, a fantastic accommodation that we would gladly recommend and visit again!

Mukava, erinomaisesti varusteltu mökki ihanalla paikalla. Sijainti päättyvän tien päässä oli rauhallinen, koiran kanssa oli helppo olla siistillä, mutta aitaamattomalla pihalla. Tie mökille on kapeahko ja paikoin kuoppainen, perinteinen mökkitie. Laiturille talolta mentäessä on ensin portaat, sitten epätasaista maastoa ja lopulta keinuvainen pätkä kapeahkoa laituria. Maisemat ja tunnelma joenrannan tilavalla laiturilla ovat kerrassaan hurmaavat, niiden äärellä viihtyy hyttysistä huolimatta. Mökissä oli ihanan viileää kesähelteellä, kodikasta myös sadekelillä. Pihapiirissä on mukavasti varjopaikkoja, kuten katettu terassi. Lähin, viereinen naapurimökki on metsän takana ja toinen joen toisella puolella. Keittiö on erittäin hyvin varusteltu. Saunassa hyvät löylyt. Mökki on erittäin siisti. Pimennysverhot makkareissa. Kaiken kaikkiaan mahtava paikka, suosittelen vahvasti. Majoittuisin mielelläni itsekin tässä kohteessa uudelleen.

Todella upea paikka kaikkinensa! Mökki oli erittäin siisti ja upeasti sisustettu. Näkymät oli mielettömät. Erillinen vierashuone sekä saunamökin viereinen huone tarjosi myös isommalle porukalle kivaa yksityisyyttä. Tilava sauna, josta avautuu upeat näkymät järvelle. Piha todella hyvin hoidettu. Ehdottomasti tulemme uudelleen!

We had a great stay at this superb villa in Päijänne. Villa was even more impressive than in photos and everything was high quality, very clean and well maintained. Beach sauna and jacuzzi were the perfect combo to relax in the evening. Highly recommend for a getaway in nature.

Ein Traum von Erholung – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Das Haus ist äußerst geschmackvoll und luxuriös eingerichtet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die hochwertige Ausstattung, das stilvolle Design und die Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig und perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und vollkommen zu entspannen. Morgens auf der Terrasse frühstücken, dabei nur die Vögel zwitschern hören – herrlich! Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert, herzlich und professionell. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt – absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe, Komfort und Stil suchen!

Pia and Matti went above and beyond to make out family feel welcome. The place is really spacious and worked perfectly for our extended family. The house feels like a home immediately as you step in. The uninterrupted lake view, 2 x saunas and a very nice TV room with a woodburner/fireplace make it a great stay in the winter as well. Simply a Five Star place with very nice hosts.

Peaceful and secluded home surrounded by lakes and nature. Only building close by is the owner's building, which you can see from the yard. However it is still distant enough, that you can enjoy your own peace and quiet. Sauna building was the thing we loved the most. The main building is a bit dated, but clean, well maintained and equipped with dishwasher, laundry machine, dryer, running water etc. So more of a home than traditional Finnish cabin. Beds were comfy enough. The only downside was that if you like walking around like we do, there aren't a lot of options starting from the cabin. You have to drive a car for 20min to get to the Nuuksio trails on the other side of the lake. The hosts were super kind and made us feel very welcomed. If you're looking for a cabin style experience close to Helsinki, I highly recommend staying here. Ps. You can get a taxi here, but no food delivery. Closest super market is 8km away, so you definitely need a car.

Absolutely breathtaking. Every finish and detail felt purposeful and meticulously considered. The photos are precise, and the description is exact. We had a deeply relaxing, delightful time. There’s so much to enjoy and little reason to leave: we took the canoe out to circumnavigate small islands dotted with charming gulls, read peacefully on the dock, watched the water shift with the light, and ended each day in the delightful sauna. The summer nights glowed warm and still, turning every movie into a kind of fairytale. The house itself offers many distinct spaces—each one a quiet stage for nature’s daily choreography. From the moment we turned off the main road onto the enchanting gravel path—lined with tall trees and singing birds—we felt ourselves begin to exhale. We’ve stayed in many beautiful places around the world, and this one felt truly special. The host was very helpful and responsive, and his house manual detailed and helpful.

Upea, valoisa ja moderni talo näppärällä sijainnilla. Pihalla hyvin pysäköintitilaa. Kommunikaatio Minnan kanssa oli todella sujuvaa.

Villa oli erittäin hieno ja upealla paikalla järven rannassa. Laaja tontti Villan ympärillä tarjosi piha-aktiviteetti mahdollisuuksia, sekä yksityisyyttä. Villan puitteet olivat kaiken puolin kunnossa porealtaineen ja saunoineen. Keittiön varustelutaso yllätti myös kattavuudellaan. Puitteet olivat muutenkin kuvauksen mukaisia, ja tuli sellainen olo, että kaikkea on mietitty vieraita varten. Kokonaisuutena kohde sopi oikein hyvin meidän isommankin porukan majoitustarpeisiin. Majoittaja oli erittäin ystävällinen ja joustava, ja tarjosi meille todella hyvää asiakaspalvelua koko vierailumme ajan. Kiitos oikein paljon! 🎉

Great stay in Tallinn, its 10-15min outside of old town and was a 3-6 EURO ride to and from the city center. The Villa was Amazing! Decor was cool, the host was very responsive and the neighborhood is beautiful. If this modern home is open please stay here!

We had a stay that exceeded all expectations! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. The highlight is definitely the private pool, complemented by its own pier and a small beach, providing a perfect seaside retreat. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Olin tullessani Arton kotiin (aamiaismajoitus) sanaton, ja vielä näin parin yön sekä kotiutumisen jälkeen olen sitä edelleenkin.. En keksi ainuttakaan puutetta ja vierailu ylitti kaikki odotukset. Koti oli uskomattoman kaunis, siisti, puhdas, täynnä estetiikkaa ja aivan kaikkea rentoutumiseen tarvittavaa, erityisen hyvästä koko asunnon kattavasta äänentoistojärjestelmästä, ilmastoidusta makuuhuoneesta, hyödykkeistä (ihana aamiainen; sisälsi omaan makuumme laadukkaat ja oleelliset tarpeet ja esim. Pyyhe- ja "unohdus"tarpeet oli viimeisen päälle huomioitu), aamiaishuoneesta, aamutossuista ja kylpytakeista aina syntymäpäivämuistamisiin sekä sytytystä vaille valmiiksi ladottuun saunapesään asti. Olen tähän asti ollut skeptinen majoittumisesta asuttuun taloon, enää en ole ainakaan tämän talon kohdalla. Arto oli valtavan ystävällinen, halusi selvästi vieraiden viihtyvän ja saman palautteen kokonaisuudessaan allekirjoittaa lisäkseni myös kaksi erikseen kanssani majoittunutta henkilöä.

An absolutely stunning place in beautiful surroundings. The host Matti was very helpful and communicate, there is tons of space, very good amenities (especially considering the place is on an island in the Baltic!), the fishing in the area is great, the small bay is peaceful and pretty, the saunas and hot tubs are good, there are interesting historical things to see in Dalsbruk and Västanfjärd. Highly recommend for an extended family or a group of friends.

The place is superb and the hosts are warm, helpful, and especially flexible with our requests. I highly recommend it! =)

Het huisje bevindt zich op een prachtige locatie. Wat je op de foto’s ziet dat krijg je ook. Het is ook ideaal voor reizigers met een hond, want er is veel ruimte en weinig tot geen verkeer. Tijdens ons verblijf zaten er regelmatig drie kraanvogels in de ‘achtertuin’. Kortom een echte aanrader voor mensen die van rust, ruimte en natuur houden.
