Waterfront holiday rentals in Southern Indiana

Mayas place was exactly what we expected. We were in town for a wedding at the country club and this was less than 10 minutes away! While we did not spend a lot of time actually in the home it was spacious and was perfect for us to rest, shower and recharge. I will say there was not a steamer but there was an iron! And no soap or other shower items were provided so please plan on bringing that! Maya was great at responding to my concerns and even was flexible and allowed us to drop our things so we could go to the zoo without our bags! The location was walking distance to the Fulton house coffee shop which was super cute and to the BBQ spot. I definitely recommend staying here for a quick stay! It was perfect for us !

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was a great location in downtown, walkable to restaurants, the river and most importantly our son’s apartment , so extremely convenient for us. Very comfortable and cozy. Kale was communicative and made check in a breeze. We’ll definitely book again when we come to visit our son.

This is a great place for a single person to use as a base in Cincinnati. Mount Adams is a terrific neighborhood, close to the Art Museum, with great cafe, restaurants, bars, live music in walking distance in this quiet alcove of the city.

Great location. Nicely laid out apartment. Though we didn’t use it much, the kitchen was well stocked; most spices and even some food. They supplied a bottle of wine and some water bottles which was nice. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. Nice closet, comfortable bed. Comfortable furniture in the living area, lamps (not just overhead lights, which is a pet peeve). Ashley was very responsive the few times we reached out, and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. I was a little confused by the Key Cafe which is how you get your key at check in, but probably because I was unfamiliar with it. There is an app which goes with it, but they also supply a code which is easier to use. The building where the apartment is located is very upscale and welcoming. There’s an honor bar for snacks and drinks, a number of businesses in the building, and a pizza place / micro brewery at one end of the building.

Want a spacious, clean, and A/C space (with security) with proximity and easy access to Louisville - one traffic light and 1.5 miles away and all that city has to offer and at a small city-cost no less? Then a stay at Devion’s Airbnb is your destination!

The studio was adorable and everything we expected based on the pictures and details provided. The shower is very powerful. The bed is comfortable. It was a super hot, muggy day and the A/C had no problem keeping up. The balcony was nice and convenient for us smokers. Josh was very communicative, friendly and responsive. Stayed here for our 28th anniversary trip. Was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely recommend.

This was my second stay here and never disappoints! The place is always clean, with wonderful amenities and the host goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I Would definitely continue coming.

Martine and Janice were both fantastic from the time we booked to the time we left with communicating with us. They provided clear instructions on how to gain access to the home, some interesting history on the area and home, activities to do in the area, and instructions for check out. The home was very clean. The floor plan was nice with large open living/dining space facing the river. Watching the barges on the river was pretty cool and there is a nice deck with comfy deck furniture or two comfy chairs inside you can enjoy watching them from!

Meghan's place is splendid! It is secluded, relaxing, bright, and welcoming. If you want a peaceful and restorative retreat, this place will offer you all this and more! Look no further! Meghan is very responsive and has made our stay a memorable one! The lake is a gem, and the view is fantastic! I wish we had stayed longer! The River’s Edge Oasis was a great place to stay for our quick trip through Louisville. Had some difficulties for a few minutes getting the keys, but James answered very quickly and we figured out the issue and everything was smooth sailing from there. The house is decorated very nicely and very clean, you’ve got everything you need and if you don’t have it there are plenty of options around to find what you’re looking for. It was beautiful to wake up overlooking the Ohio River in the early mornings, very quiet and peaceful. James and his team were very accommodating and it made our short stay so enjoyable. We would definitely book this house again if we’re ever in the Louisville area!

What a lovely place to stay. This is a wonderful place to come and enjoy the natural surroundings. The place has everything we needed. We enjoyed the porch swings and the lake right out back. The ramp made it much more accessible for my father, who uses a walker. Although we stayed for a night on a cross country trip, we would absolutely make this a destination in the future.

Everything is just as described. Don’t think too long — just come! It’s such a beautiful and peaceful place. If you feel like you need a little escape and a fresh perspective, this is exactly where you want to be. The hosts are incredibly kind, the house is cozy, and the whole property is full of warmth and care. I truly recommend it with all my heart

The home was very nicely decorated and very clean. Libby left us snacks and drinks which was very much appreciated after our long drive. We didn’t get to spend much free time at the house because we were visiting friends but next time we will have to try out the hot tub! The home was perfect for our weekend, clean and comfortable and the 2nd bathroom was really nice to have. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Lake Lemon.

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were fantastic, thoughtful and welcoming, with lots of small touches that made a big difference. Their clear, detailed instructions made everything super easy and stress-free. We especially loved the convenience of the parking spot right by the entrance. The place was absolutely spotless, even better than the photos! We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back when we are in the area.

The location was perfect for a guys weekend. Walkable to multiple small batch distilleries and bourbon tasting rooms.

Awesome stay. Although it's not the best view of the river and Louisville in the distance, the area more than made up for it. Our kids were competing in the NASP tournament at the KY Exposition Center in Louisville which was a quick trip across the bridge. The indoor pool was heated and jetted. This was an unexpected luxury and extremely relaxing after a long drive. This was our first AirBnB and we loved the privacy and ease of access to many attractions as well as restaurants.

Place met all needs for our stay: walking distance to so many great bars, restaurants and breweries, easy to get into and spacious for the whole group, ample kitchen storage and appliances for in home meals, and overall convenient with check in and out instructions. we had a maintenance issue while there (at no fault of the host, cause by a storm in area during our stay) They responded early the next morning when we notified them and had it taken care of same day, before we even got back from our distillery tour. would definitely stay here again. close enough to downtown but far enough from the bustle that it was quiet at night.

Great spot, I've been two times now when we're in town and we love how walkable it is and how clean and spacious the apartment is!
