Family-friendly holiday rentals in Southern Thailand

Very good stay! The view from the pool is beautiful, Jean Luc is very responsive in messages to help and he provided us with the coordinates of a taxi van(there were 8 of us) who transported us during the stay.

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

We would like to say a big thank you to Ramon. He and Mariz went beyond and provided us with everything we asked for. Our kids had a good time at the pool and we had a great time at the villa. The best was listening to the waves when going to sleep. We can recommend the place.

My stay with Stephen & Neaw was great. The villa is beautiful and the area is quiet. The kitchen was super equipped and we were even supplied with some food and water. Towels and linens were changed regularly, as well as regular cleaning. In general, the villa was very lovingly decorated with lots of little details. I'm sure I wasn't the last guest Thank you for a great stay.

We had a lovely stay! Jean-Michel’s place was well equipped with everything we needed and the view is amazing. The pool area is very relaxing and you are able to order drinks and food. It is a peaceful location but still close to bars, restaurants and the beach, right at the bottom of the hill. We had a car so we were able to drive down but this could also be accessible with a bike. The hill is steep to walk up but there are plenty of tuck tucks around that would take you up if needed. It is most defiantly worth it, as you can see the sun setting every evening from both apartment and pool area😊. The operational manager was lovely who made are check in as smooth as possible and was always available to answer any questions, the cleaners were also amazing, going above and beyond. There is some local construction commencing in front of the apartment which on days did cause a lot of dust and noise. However, the cleaners did their best to keep the balcony as clean as possible. Thankyou😊

I loved the place, it was a great experience. The room is spacious, quiet and colorful. The staff were so helpful and the owner was very responsive. The place is located in the southern part of Phuket, away from city noise and near lots of restaurants. The beach is 5 minutes away.

The location is great. Mr.Big is really nice and he also provides city tour, trip activities and tickets booking services

Nice apartment 5 minutes walk to the main street in Choengmon and to the beach. Apartment may need a refurbishment but other than that lovely stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s condo! The apartment was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with four air conditioners, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony complete with ceiling fans and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and having free parking was a big plus, even if the spot was a bit tight—it still felt very secure to leave our car there. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of local food spots. Communication with Paul was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Paul’s place—it’s a great value and made our trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

Sebastian was super helpful and responsive to all our needs. He set us up with a reliable driver for anywhere we wanted to go. Maybe it was lack of communication but we were under the impression that the house had its own beach from the photo of property from above and the way the listing worded it. And looks like there are chairs or umbrellas or something. We found plenty to do though and for the most part we enjoyed our stay very much.

June 2025 - Great place and host . We stayed there recently for 5 days with a group of 4 families . Villas is a prefect place who wants a peaceful location little further out from the city hustler and into the nature . We are vegetarians thus the stacked kitchenette was really helpful. Strongly recommend

I’m very happy that I could spend a week in Samui in this Villa at Ilona’s resort - very beautiful surroundings in the middle of jungle but very close to fisherman village or beaches and other places. Hosts take care of guests privacy and peaceful vacation which is great! I got also help from John, who managing resort with a taxi to the airport. John also arrange a scooter just few minutes after my check in directly to my Villa so I didn’t have to spend time on that! I would be more than happy to visit this place again! Already miss it!

Kevin was an incredible host and super responsive from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. He is always on hand to help. The property is stunning and looks better than the pictures. You have direct access to the beach and given the shallow waves its very family friendly. If you want a peaceful getaway away and something different to the hustle and bustle then this is the place for you! we would love to come back again in the future !

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

Had a great stay at Zen’s place. The pool and outdoor sitting area are fantastic and the views of Kata beach are wonderful! Walking distance to Kata beach and Karon beach was quite the treat, and the restaurant recommendations were great! Zen was very responsive and overall a great host. We particularly enjoyed A Pillow and A Blanket for cocktails and to watch the sunset. Great value for your money - spacious, great views. I bet staying here with friends would be so fun and I would stay here again!

We were truly sad to leave Maria’s villa. We stayed for 10 days and it felt like home. The pool is wonderful and the position just steps from the beach is fabulous. The two beach restaurants about a 100 metres walk away are both great and the massage place next to them was the nicest place we had massages, with the sound of the waves relaxing us even more. The massage lady, Nok, is really lovely. We explored and looked at other places but for location, privacy and the pool we didn’t find anywhere to beat Maria’s place.

If you love peace and quiet, this home is a true hidden gem. You can unwind while watching breathtaking sunsets from a wooden bridge that stretches out toward the sea. Although the sea isn’t ideal for swimming, the serene atmosphere, natural beauty, and calming sounds of nature make it an unforgettable experience. The bedrooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the water pressure is excellent. Khun Aranya was wonderfully kind and responsive, yet gave us plenty of privacy. She shared great local recommendations and helped us arrange a private boat trip to four nearby islands at a very reasonable price. The pier is just a short drive from the house, and she can also assist with organizing other activities, such as kayaking. The house itself looks even better than the photos—beautiful, well-kept, and full of charm. It's located far from the busy town center, so renting a car is definitely recommended. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet and scenic getaway!
