Rachel’s cabin was such a great getaway for our family vacation. There were so many little details that she thought of that made this day that much more enjoyable. This place is beyond family-friendly with plenty of accommodations for kids of all ages. We really loved having the side-by-side for easy access to the river where we spent the majority of our vacation. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will likely be back for another vacation in the future.

Lindsey and Heidi’s cabin was such a charming gem of a place. It was clean, cozy, peaceful, and very private! A perfect couples retreat. Her kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook full meals. My favorite detail were the white waffle knit robes. I brought clothes to wear but probably didn’t need to because I pretty much lived in the robes my entire stay!! The hosts were so responsive to my questions and even suggested some local activities that were happening the weekend we were there, which was great! I highly recommend their cabin if you are looking for a place near the Buffalo River!

Words can’t begin to describe these incredible and amazing people. My husband and I were at Chimney Rock celebrating our honeymoon at Brett and Pam’s place when Hurricane Helene hit. Unprecedented isn’t the right word, but all I can think of. This cabin was literally our shelter from the storm and Pam and Brett were there for us every moment as they were going through their own devastation. The people of Chimney Rock are the most special community you will ever meet. We will do everything we can to support them and will be back as they begin to rebuild. We were just visitors as the whole town went through a catastrophic event, but feel forever connected to and invested in the town of Chimney Rock. Brett and Pam, thank you for opening your beautiful home to us, and for creating a sense of safety, community, and care. You are forever friends and will forever be a part of our lives.

The cabin is beautiful & private. The view around the cabin is stunning. I truly can’t describe how beautiful it was. Would recommend to anyone.

Very unique stay. Very relaxing. Had everything we needed and more. If you forgot something they had it. Fire pit we forgot to bring smores, well guess what, they even had that. Had fresh eggs there for us we enjoyed the next day for breatfast. Which was a nice treat. Owner responed very quickly, to my silly problem of not knowing how to get the sink faucet to turn on. Lol Lots of nature around. Even had a friendly bird that liked to play with the mirror bird every morning and afternoon, by tapping on the outside mirrored windows. Will be back again now that we have found this very nice home. Extra bonus they have a hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described, the view was great, the home was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

There's an undeniable magic to Texas sunsets, but the starry night that follows is even more captivating from this truly peaceful location. A true “get away from the busy life” place to unwind.

Kenny and Ervina’s place is the most peaceful haven. This is our second time visiting and hopefully not our last. We felt right at home and enjoyed everything that this home has to offer. The view was beautiful, the place was clean and organized, and we enjoyed the hot tub and other amenities. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. We hope to be back!! ♥️

Loved the cabin and it felt like home! Couldn’t be happier with the privacy and the creek was amazing for swimming. 5 stars all the way. Mark was quick to respond with any questions we had. A little Ozark Oasis.

we absolutely loved staying here. there was so much for us and the kids to do without having to leave. the area was beautiful and so was the cabin. Ray and Blaire were very responsive to any questions we had.

Very cool remote and off grid cabin. If you're looking for a true Ozark experience, don't hesitate, beautiful surroundings and wildlife, deers everywhere, great fire pit, awesome trails to hike in the woods, and super friendly host. Bring your own supplies, enjoy a few days of relaxation, and get back in touch with nature. Will definitely try to come back.

This was a perfect getaway vacation, with a breathtaking view. Everything was just like the pictures, so beautiful. I would definitely recommend, to anyone that wants a view every second of the day. Wifi works great! And everything was clean. We wish we didn't have to leave so early, but we enjoyed every second of it. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

This little a-frame is PERFECT! My husband and I spent two amazing days relaxing and enjoying some much needed downtime. The place is adorable, clean, and really perfect for a getaway. They even left a few dog treats for our pup! And the WiFi is fabulous…in case you cannot completely disconnect. We will definitely be back!

Contemplation cabin is the place to be. We had the best time. In fact, we needed more time to do more exploring and to be able to enjoy the river and the kayaks that were available. Logan was flexible and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my kids and we loved it! My kids are suburban screen-addicted children and it was so nice watching them wake up, run to the creek and catch crawdads while I made breakfast. This spot is simple but thoughtful and has a spark of magic to it. We also Loved exploring Florence; such a neat town! Thank you!

A wonderful place that was better in real-life. Felt like my cortisol was down to zero after about an hour. A few things to note: there are no realy windows/shutters outside of the bedroom, both doors are patio/screen style doors (with locks), and the bathroom requires a very short, shelted walk from the bedroom to the outside. This makes the experience feel more "open" and you're not around very many people, but, I could see how this information would be important to new visitors. Will be back again very soon.

This cabin is very nice in peaceful surroundings with a view. We enjoyed watching the local deer. The interior is very clean and decorated nicely. You can tell the owner loves the place and uses it as well. It is ideal for a quiet couple getaway.

Absolutely gorgeous historic cabin to stay for a few days. We stayed here for our anniversary a couple nights and wish we had longer. Well manicured landscaping (perfect for some grounding), ample seating in a variety of areas to enjoy both inside and outside. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the birds from both the back porch and the seating by the natural spring pond. The history connected to the home left behind was well preserved and you can tell it is well cared for. If you're looking for a peaceful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, this is where you stay! We enjoyed listening to the birds, frogs, cicadas, and more without the sound of TVs or radios. We've already recommended it to our friends for a getaway. PS. Don't forget to take some time getting a closer look at the spring house! You can also look at some pics inside of what the cabin used to look like and what Donald has done to clean it up to bring the whole space back to it's natural beauty!

I can’t explain how AMAZING this beautiful mountain home is. If there were more than five stars, I would give so many more. Everything from the beautiful home, to the hot tube, to the shower, to the coffee pour over was amazing. It was so peaceful and the best staycation I’ve ever had. The hot tub and the In home wooden stove was absolutely amazing. I love this mountain home and cannot wait to come back! Alison is super responsive! She even gave a treat of bread to us. She even had a binder with to-do things in the area! We were relaxed & rejuvenated! We cannot wait to be back!!!!

This was one of my favorite stays! It was the cutest cabin with all the right things indoor and outdoor. Everything I needed was there, I felt at home. We got a personalized gift and card, I felt like they knew us and were happy we were there. We spent our honeymoon there and it was soooo worth it! I would definitely stay again!! They were so nice and responsive, such a great experience!

I absolutely loved staying at this cabin! It was just two of us and our dogs but the host was very responsive and everything was as advertised. As far as the cabin amenities, it has all the basics you would need. But the property itself the real star! It is just incredible. Very private and serene. Front porch sittin that is hard to beat! Bring your binoculars!

I can’t say enough about the cabin and the host Mia. The cabin is small but spacious and not cluttered very mid century modern which made it very cozy and fun. It offered all the utensils necessary for cooking or BBQing. We caught lots of Crappy, kayaked, swimming area was nice and clean. Our grand kids enjoyed the lily pad and swing. Overall a great experience and lots of fun. Amazing. Sandee

Perfect little cabin for my husband and I. Sleeping in the loft was just fine. Laura had everything we needed to cook. We felt right at home. The view was so beautiful and it was a nice quiet place. We loved it!!
