Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Southgate

Yuznhys was amazing she responds in seconds. The house is beautiful and cozy and the beach it’s only less than 15 min away. The house is very centric to restaurants and fast foods definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay. The property is very well appointed, beautifully decorated, bed and linens lush and cosy. Location couldn't be better, easy walk to Main Street with the best coffee and juice shop on your doorstep. Also, a fabulous casual fish restaurant and local cinema. Anna is a wonderful host, very helpful and always responded quickly to any queries. Would love to return. Many thanks.

Michael was great from the beginning. Easy to communicate with :) kept in touch gave us ideas for things to do, eat and shopping. We were a family of 15 the space was great. The main house was all open, couch was huge big enough for our whole family to have movie night! Thanks so much Michael.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s home. Beautiful interior space and gorgeous outdoor pool area. Our family of 5 enjoyed the comfort and amenities the home offered. Great central location to most attractions. Will stay again when in Sarasota!

We had an amazing stay at this adorable cottage. We had everything we needed in the house and more. It was very clean and in a perfect location. The beds were very comfortable. My favorite part was the screened in back porch, so peaceful! Betsy was a great host. We would highly recommend you to stay here! We will definitely be back in the future.

We had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Maureen and Patrick are clearly hosting pros. The kitchen was well-stocked, so we cooked most of our meals, made coffee/tea in the mornings, and kept groceries from the nearby Publix in the fridge. We enjoyed making dinner and sitting out on the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very residential and safe. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well-stocked and comfortable. Five college girls slept comfortably across the three rooms and I would say one more could definitely have fit as well. The house had a carport with a washer and dryer with detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, and puzzles. Even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting in the house and reading because the space was relaxing and comfortable If you’re planning on going to the beach, download the Bayrunner/Breeze Rider apps to catch the free trolley. The trolley was a short walk away through the neighborhood and we enjoyed riding to the beach every morning.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was immaculate, with comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Our kids loved the game console table, and we spent hours relaxing in the lanai, grilling, and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches—and Jen thoughtfully provided all the beach gear we could need. She was a wonderful, thoughtful, and highly responsive host who made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the Sunshine House. We walked daily at the nature preserve within the Bobby Jone’s golf course. My husband golfed there nearly every day. Shopping and restaurants were very convenient. The house was as pictured - clean, comfortable, thoughtfully put together. A great base from which to start our adventures and a comfortable home to which to return at the end of each day. Thank you!!

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

The turquoise gem is truly a gem, I’m so thankful we found this place! It’s very cozy & clean. Although, I would recommend bringing some slippers or wearing socks, I get why there’s not a lot of rugs (sand & such) but the floor isn’t the most comfortable walking around barefoot. The location is perfect, and super close to a convenient store & restaurants. The beach is gorgeous. Loved it here & we would totally stay again!☺️

Really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our family. Loved the ocean view and convenience to Ocean Blvd. Magnum was easy to reach and helpful when we had questions! There are photos of the 2 sets of stairs to the unit, so they shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who books, but if you have certain mobility problems or lots of luggage, it may cause some difficulty, so be prepared!

This rental is PERFECT! So homey and so close to the beach! I can go on and on about how perfect this vacation was for us!!

The space is very peaceful and interesting. A very Chill and relaxing vibe . loved the outdoor shower , garden with lots of places to hangout and chill . Theres tables and chairs in nook and crannies of the garden , a firepit , mango trees with fresh mangoes to pick , hammock in the shade . free bicycles to ride to the local pastry and coffe shop just 2 minutes that is to die for , highly recommended + also provided are all the things you need for a day at the beach including chairs , umbrellas, even a sifting tool to dig for sharks teeth or even sand fleas for fishing bait . We're florida natives and live in St.pete this was a birthday stay cation for Heather . We spent Day 1 on Boca Grande Tarpon Fishing early Am , dining on the island and then snook/ beach fishing in the afternoon . more dining on the beach . we didn't want to stay in a hotel and everything on the island was booked up anyway. it was well worth the 20 minute drive to stay here we will be back .

A Peaceful and Memorable Stay My wife and I recently stayed at The Blessing while transitioning the sale of our home, and it truly lived up to its name. We were looking for a place that was not only comfortable and clean but also peaceful—and this cozy retreat delivered on all fronts. The space is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that immediately made us feel at home. We were also traveling with our two medium-sized labradoodles, and Angela was incredibly accommodating and kind. Her hospitality and communication were top-notch from beginning to end. You can tell that The Blessing was created with care and a heart for ministry. There’s something special about the atmosphere—it’s a place where you can genuinely rest and be renewed. Whether you're passing through, visiting family, or just need a quiet space to regroup, I can’t recommend this place enough. We left feeling grateful, refreshed, and yes—blessed.

5 stars! We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was spotless and very well-equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen supplies to extra towels. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely highlights; perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. It was also great to find a place that’s truly pet-friendly—our dog felt right at home. Everything was just as described, if not better. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Yosdels place was a beautiful place to stay for the month,the pool and pool guy kept it right up on cleaning etc.The house had was equipped with everything we needed.I would stay here again with my family.

We had a lovely stay at Villa 7! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more!). The kitchen was well stocked, the beach toys were a fabulous treat for the kids, and we loved the fun garage space! Kat was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. We appreciated the clear instructions, recommendations, and information she shared with us. We walked to the beach and the pool and could easily rinse off using the outdoor shower. We also enjoyed walking to the Daquiri Deck & Captain Curts, and taking the free Breeze Trolley into the village. This location is great and the villa itself is very nice!! Definitely recommend :)

Naveen was nothing short of a great host. She was very responsive. The house its self was very clean and homey, I was a huge fan of all the seasonings and kitchen items they had to use. Outback was very relaxing with the lanai and pool. We used the black stone and grilled and chilled by the pool. There were beach chairs, sifters, umbrellas, a cooler and a few other things to take to the beach. I think Naveen having those things is a big help especially if you are flying in from some where and have no room for the beach essentials. Being born and raised in South Florida I highly recommend this house. I will absolutely stay again. :)

We loved Paula and Roberto’s house. It is beautifully landscaped and decorated. The bedrooms are all spacious. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. I don’t think that there was anything that we needed that we didn’t have. The screened in porch and pool were heavenly. We had seven adults and three kids and a dog and I would say that the game room was the biggest hit after the pool. Paula and Roberto accommodated an early check-in for our family with two small children that were flying in early. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.
