Monthly Rentals in Southgate

The apartment and its location were excellent. Spacious inside. Hardwood floors in living/dining area. Peaceful balcony (I stayed on the second floor). The bedroom was my favorite--comfortable bed and cozy environment. Beautiful, quiet street--as advertised. You are located near the police and fire stations, so you hear sirens periodically. The hosts were superb. They responded quickly and effectively to all questions. They were flexible and understanding. I would consider staying here again Only issue is parking, as noted in other reviews. You will share a garage with the other tenant, but it is difficult for both cars to fit. There is parking along the neighborhood street, though spots may be filled depending on time of day. (I was lucky as the other tenant parked exclusively on the street). This unpredictability in terms of parking is the only hiccup for an otherwise outstanding living experience.

This location was just what we needed! Less than 10 minutes to Cincinnati and less than 2 minutes from the highway. The interior of this location was wonderful. Very clean. Very cozy. Very homey. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

We liked that the place is a bit 'off the beaten path' so in a quiet area yet still easy to get to Newport and Cincinnati. We will be back for one more evening.

We were in Ft. Thomas to see our grandson's high school graduation. This location was very convenient. We were busy with family and so being near "things to do" wasn't a priority for us. This location was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot with enough pressure.....those are the things I value in a place to stay.
