Michael’s place was amazing, means a few friends stayed this weekend for my birthday. He was always willing to help and very accommodating! The house itself is so beautiful and had everything we needed! It was our first time in The Hamptons and he gave us tons of recommendations!

Lovely setting in the woods. We loved the layout, including many windows with beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood that is very walkable. Seeing baby deer in the spring was an unexpected bonus. Spacious bedrooms with extremely comfy beds. Host responded quickly when we had an issue. The private beach is a fantastic feature and easy to access. Check in and check out were super easy.

Wonderful stay - perfect house. Walk to local attractions, clean, comfortable and cute. Exactly what we needed. Would love to come back. Thank you!! 🙏

Dewey’s place is such a dream! Everything is freshly renovated and just feels so crisp, clean, and stylish. You can tell so much love went into the design it’s the perfect mix of modern and cozy. We felt right at home the second we walked in. The kitchen is gorgeous, the bathrooms are spa-like, and every little detail was just so well thought out. Dewey was the sweetest host super responsive and made everything totally seamless. The location is amazing too quiet and peaceful, but still close to all the fun spots (beach, town, restaurants). We didn’t want to leave! Already planning our next trip back. If you’re thinking about booking, do it you’ll love it just as much as we did!

Hi, we had a great stay with plenty of space for all of us. We all loved the fresh flowers on the living room table. The roses were a beautiful touch! The place was very clean to which my mother-in-law said it at least 4 times a day! LOL The bedrooms were set up so neatly when we arrived (very impressive). The kitchen had all the necessary utensils we needed and more. Great weekend! Thank you.

Stephanie’s house was beautiful, spotless and in a great location in Mattituck close to all the vineyards. Stephanie was an amazing host, extremely responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay there again when visiting the North Fork. 10/10 experience for my birthday weekend getaway!

Nice place, 2 adults, 2 kids. Exceptional kitchen!

Upon arriving we were taken with the location, beautiful and ample plantings and attention to detail like a bottle of wine and a variety of snacks to welcome us. The hosts were gracious, warm, gave us privacy, and great tips on where to eat. Cowfish in Hampton Bays is not to be missed. A large and private hot tub, comfortable lounges, and outdoor shower are just some of the amenities. A fire pit with water views was a great spot to unwind at night. The hosts gave us kindling and a lighter, and were very responsive with other asks and recommendations. It’s a great location with ease of access for both the North and South Fork. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location!

This was my second time staying in Paris' cottage and it was just as charming and lovely as the first time. The cottage is set back from the road, nestled in a charming neighborhood. It's a very comfortable, quiet and peaceful place with a beautiful view and privacy. The center of Sag Harbor - with shops, restaurants and a sweet movie theater - are all walking distance from the cottage! Thank you for another great stay, Paris!

We had a great stay! This was our first time in the Hamptons and the space was welcoming, well located to the beach, and a nice place to chill with a beautiful garden. Check in was smooth and all instructions were clear.

Peter was extremely responsive and helpful. Helped with all requests and accommodations. Would recommend and book again. 10/10

Had a great night in this AirBNB. It was just what we needed for a quick stay. The bathroom was great including the shower. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t make much use of the kitchenette but it had the basics. Some pots and pans would have been helpful or microwaveable cups (I wanted to boil water for tea). The host was communicative and even gave us some recommendations. I’d definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful place to stay. Our first visit to Madison. Traveled with an infant and a dog. All were very comfortable for a 2-night stay. The house is very well equipped and perfectly clean. The yard is large, we got to romp with the dog and enjoyed the lawn furniture on a hot sunny day. AC kept the place very cool. Great water and shower. A treat to come home to this place. By far the standout feature for us was the proximity to the Shoreline trail which was a beautiful walk to Hammonasset Beach State Park. It’s maybe 15-20 the beach but a gorgeous walk. You just have to cross one road (very easy) and you’re on the trail. We did this multiple times and it was a delight. Kevin was friendly and quick to communicate with. Another rental on the property but we didn’t see or hear anybody else. Would happily return.

My family and I had a wonderful stay - very peaceful and quiet. The house is beautifully appointed and well- stocked. The pool is fantastic and was kept quite warm during a chilly Memorial day weekend. Ann Marie (host) is kind and communicative. We'd definitely return!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

George was an excellent Air BnB host!!!! His responses were prompt and answered any questions we had. The location was ideal in Greenport as everything was walking distance. We had an amazing time!

Tony’s place was wonderful. Looks just like the pictures and was a great time for our time away. The place was clean and Tony was also very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend Tony as a host!

We hosted a family gathering and this house was absolutely perfect. It was stunning! Lots of curiosities in the house. Had a grand piano that we could use for entertainment. The place was clean, pool was well situated, beautiful balcony for meeting up with friends and family. We booked it for Yale graduation weekend and no hotel in the area could match the experience we had.

My family and I were lucky enough to stay at Jenna’s over Memorial Day Weekend. The house was even better than the pictures, if that’s possible. Very clean, and beautifully presentable. Everything was clean and ready for us, and Jenna had genuinely everything we could have possibly needed. Jenna was extremely communicative even leading up to our stay. Hope to stay again sometime soon!
