Resort holiday rentals in Southside

We had an amazing time in St Thomas and this place was a big contributor. Located in beautiful Margaritaville Club resort we had access to all of the amenities- including 2 beautiful pools and resort activities. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and shampoo/conditioner/body wash were provided. Located on the ground level, we had a patio with a beautiful view and were within a short walking distance to the pool. Scot made sure we were contacted a couple days before our check in day to answer any questions we had. Our room wasn’t quite ready at 4, but the resort staff worked to get us in our room without too much delay. Our expectations were more than exceeded here and we would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at St Thomas!

Check in was extremely easy , no pressure to buy into the timeshare, room and grounds were very clean . Our only complaint was the service at the restaurant. It took a very long time to get our meal . The food was pretty good but the wait was rediculous. We ended up eating out at other places close by . Overall great stay

I loved EVERYTHING about Scott’s place. 10/10 very beautiful view. Great walking distance from everything . I would definitely recommend and would stay again myself.

This place was amazing.! Some of the older reviews were not complimentary- I thought it was fabulous. It looks to be recently renovated with ongoing improvements. I stayed in a 3 bdrm condo (presidential suite) and it did not disappoint! Ea bdrm had a ceiling fan and individual thermostats so every guest could control their own sleeping quarters. Also, a total of 3 bathrooms with one creating a master suite. Perfect accommodations for sisters traveling together to keep the peace. Fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Walk out to a beautiful pool and beach/ bay view. Seawood was a little plentiful on the last day but did not detour from relaxing at the pool. On site staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We booked this as a last minute stay and Scott was quick to respond and we couldn't have been happier. Beautiful location and enjoyed the onsite amenities. Walked to Coki Beach and took a taxi to Magen's Bay. Enjoyed the onsite restaurant and nightly entertainment. Would recommend Sun & Sea Bar and Grill just a short walk away. Highly recommend this listing.

We came to St. Thomas as part of our delayed honeymoon. Villa Bali was stunningly perfect. The views were absolutely amazing and it was very close to every thing we wanted to do, which was mostly eat, drink, and hang out at beaches with crystal clear turquoise water. Alan was proactive in communicating ahead of time and the villa was stocked with beach chairs and snorkel gear too. Thanks for hosting us! We loved it and hope to be back.

Our family can’t thank Jason enough for helping us have an unforgettable vacation! He was able to accommodate our stay at the last minute and we’re so grateful! He made the check in seamless and upon arrival we were in the ocean within minutes! Jason checked in with us along the way even though everything was wonderful the entire time! He’s a great host and we look forward to booking with him again in the future!

This was a last minute booking. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and gave me a great rate for booking the property. The property was nicely decorated and the resort was beautiful. I enjoyed my stay and looking forward to returning.

Most of all it was clean!! Cleanliness is number one for me! The loft was comfortable, the AC worked GREAT! The view from patio was gorgeous! Everyone there was welcoming, friendly, and professional! Ample parking! If I were to travel back, I would definitely stay here again! It was peaceful as well! No loud noises, people partying, or smoking. The overall environment was extremely peaceful and relaxing.

Overall I enjoyed my stay . we were there for 4 days . the amount of extra fees that we p aid and no housekeeping services, I feel was not right. The limetree dropped of lines and towels that were left at our doorstep. That's the only thing I did not like. Everything else was ok

Nice place to relax with beautiful views from our room and the pool. We would have loved more time to enjoy! Bed was super comfortable and room had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the Limetree Resort. The unit was fabulous, the staff were great, and the facilities were fantastic. The only negative to beware of is that there were hidden fees that were not revealed until check-in.

Great experience over all, there was an extra $200 fee I had to pay at the resort for the room that wasn’t mentioned or covered in the initial fee but the room was beautiful, clean and Cooper communicated well and quickly. Would recommend, but be aware of the extra fee in your budget since it’s not mentioned here.

Beautiful beachfront setting… not overly crowded… studio was cozy! Grounds were well cared for!

Loved our stay at Limetree! The other guests were very quiet and friendly. Location was great, easy 15 minute drive to havensight & red hook. Resort staff was great and the restaurant on site was yummy! Highly recommend!

What a beautiful stay! So happy we lucked out on a beach that was pretty much seaweed free! Some of the other resorts were pretty stinky with the seaweed season. Also we loved the market on the resort to get all of our groceries. The pool and pool bar was awesome! And the two restaurants were great too. Couldn’t believe all the chickens and iguanas. They came right up to us! And the sea urchins and stingrays were amazing. Loved it all! But watch out because they will try to sell you a time share lol. As great as that sounds, renting via air bnb is our preferred vacay outlet!! Recommend 10/10!

Had a great time in St Thomas. I booked the Wyndham Elysian, but 4 days before my trip, I was contacted by the property managers informing me that they could not provide me the room which I booked, and they could either refund me or get me a room at Margaritaville (no additional charge). I opted for Margaritaville and was not disappointed. Had a beautiful studio, was able to use the hotel amenities, and really enjoyed our stay. I’m thankful that the property manager was communicative and able to accommodate me despite the mixup. Thank you.

Lime Tree is amazing. Great amenities and restaurants. Easy to get a cab to go anywhere on the island. Staff is super friendly. The unit we stayed in was exactly as advertised and had a great view of the pool/ocean.
