Fantastic sea-side view, quiet, clean, worth the money.

Already back and forth staying in this apartment, clean and cozy. Have tried a few other apartments but to keep this is the best. 👍👍👍

Wonderful Stay with Thoughtful Touches! (*´꒳`*) Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. A huge thank you to the Soon Lye for the delicious snacks prepared for our late-night arrival—it was such a warm and welcoming gesture after a long journey. The location was convenient, and the communication was excellent. We truly felt at home and would love to stay here again. Highly recommend this lovely accommodation!

the perfect home away from home. close to many local eateries which are within walking distance. beautiful panoramic vistas whether from the unit's balcony, the 13th floor or rooftop pool deck.

Had a wonderful time at this place. This place is really a hidden gem. The apartment had a very nice ocean view. It's located very near Georgetown where you can find lots of delicious food and attraction. The place is very clean and new. There's convenience stores, restaurants and park downstairs. Host is very responsive and recommended many local food and attractions. The only downside is that the lift and main lobby is a little old and there is no gym (but there's swimming pool). I would definitely stay here again.

Check in procedure abit complicated, felt like a treasure hunt. But the instructions were definitely clear. Bars and restaurants right below the house which is convenient for us. Location is by the sea, which is quite nice. Best thing is that they are always responsive to answer my questions :)

The place is really clean and comfortable! There is a room with seaview which the scene was so nice! Definitely there are some imperfections like the remote control for air con and fan in the living room cannot function well. But the host was so responsive and tried their best to solve our problem. Glad to have this kind of responsive host to serve us with their best :)

Had such a great stay at The Maritime Penang! The suite was clean, spacious, and super comfortable — perfect for a relaxing trip. I really loved the sea view 🥹 it was absolutely stunning and calming. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place name, The View, which is very true! Great view! The place is big n spacious n clean. The host is responsive and give clear instructions. The location is convinience to other part of towns, may be abit jam during rush hour. The main concern is you do need your own transportation to go around or grab will do. But not much available walking distance. There a few things can do better. Some of the bathroom and bedroom lighthing, need a brighter lighthing. It will be even better if the shower comes with enclosure or shower curtains. Overall, its a good stay and very accesible if you need to go to the main land or airport. Definitely a recommended stay!

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

My kids really happy and enjoy our stay here but a bit hard to make them sleep at night 🤣 my boy said he wanted to sleep in the “ball pool” .. and my 2 years girl enjoy the cooking set in 2nd room. the view also awesome! location near to restaurant and shop. thank you host for all the clean n kids friendly homestay.

Really great…. No hassle….simple and clear

Place is peaceful, very clean and a lot of amneties. Easy to check in. Host also very communicative. Worth to stay especially with family.

A great apartment in a great location. The apartment quickly became our home away from home for our three week stay. We loved sitting out on the spacious verandah in the afternoons after a swim. The couple of maintenance issues we found on entry were addressed very quickly by Asmah and Hazwan. A WiFi/video issue crept in later in our stay, but we just watched less TV. The complex and its surroundings made walking a pleasure. We loved the 10min walk around the foreshore to get groceries at the nearby Lotus supermarket. A 2 ringgit airconditioned bus trip into Georgetown could be hailed immediately out side the complex. Our only disappointment during our stay had nothing to do with the apartment. To its credit the marina complex had many fine restaurants, albeit with menus that could be found in any city in the world, but as an ex Penangite my wife (and I) were disappointed with the complete lack of nearby hawker food stalls, which Penang is famous for.
