Condo holiday rentals in Southwest Penang Island District

This apartment was well worth the price. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The clothes dryer was a perk. The appliances were modern and well maintained. The A/C and fans kept us cool. The WiFi worked perfectly to keep us connected. The showers were hot and we slept peacefully in our cozy beds. We had a beautiful mountain view from our patio. Our building had direct access to the pool, but the apartment faced away from the pool which helped mute the noise. The beach was beautiful with lots of activities, music and restaurants. We were strategically close to other attractions in Batu Ferringhi and were able to make the 45 minute trip into Georgetown with ease. We often walked around the neighborhood to eat at various restaurants along the street or at neighboring resorts. We liked having options to buy items at the convenience store, local shops, or with Grab. Ady was very responsive and helpful!

Very comfy home just nice for 3 pax. Very clean house with WIFI, 1 parking spot and comfortable bed. Towels , shampoo, soap are provided. You can even cook. Only thing they don’t have is dish washing liquid. One main issue to highlight with the house is the noise. The noise of the motorbike riding by and the garbage truck coming by. Shod probably wear ear plugs to prevent distraction.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Penang. L’endroit est très bien décoré, propre et parfaitement conforme aux photos. La récupération et la remise des clés étaient simples et bien organisées. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide, il répond très rapidement à toutes les questions. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la piscine et les espaces communs, très agréables. Nous étions trois et tout s’est très bien passé. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Stayed in Ashley place for one week. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Air condition works very well. Host response very quickly and was able to accommodate my request. Swimming pool on top of the building with gorgeous views. On ground floor coffee shop ZUS. Small supermarket “99” 3 minutes walk. Recommended.

Eugene's place was clean and comfortable. Location was super and just facing the newly built Gurney Park. Easy to travel to from anywhere with no shortage of restaurants and coffeeshops around. Overall a great stay.

Strategic location and great view. Very comfortable place.

The place was very clean and comfortable to sleep in. Loved that it had a smart TV with Netflix perfect for relaxing at night. Definitely a cozy stay, highly recommended!

The owner deco the room beautifully, which is very suitable for girls who like to take photos. The bed is very comfortable, the owner also has prepare towel, and the TV equipment is also good. You can watch Youtube. The balcony is also clean and the toilet is also good. But the washbasin in the toilet has some dirty marks. The refrigerator in the kitchen is also very cold..The drinking water filter doesn't seem to have been washed for a long time. Although the floor is very high, the sound insulation is not good. There will be sound when someone passes through the corridor at night. But overall is good, suitable for few people/group holiday to stay over.

comfort place felt like own home.

Suet Eng is such a great host. He is truly pleasant to deal with. He is understanding and consideration. I rented 2 units and both were clean and well equipped with kids friendly items. We are truly appreciated his help and definitely will come back.

i really like my stay here because it’s very near with so many places. the place is clean and very simple looking.

Nice booking and indoor amenities (like living room entertainment, cutlery, plates etc.) for a larger group, has a nice view of the ocean and interesting shopping areas/grocer nearby for convenience. The host was responsive and attentive to questions we had during check-in and the stay. We enjoyed the stay 🌷

Edward’s place was great. John met us on arrival outside and took our bags in for us, showed where everything was and took us up to the pool and gym. There are restaurants downstairs and it’s a short Grab ride to Gurney Plaza. Sam’s Groceria is downstairs and Lotus’s supermarket about 10 minutes’ walk. We didn’t use the large terrace much because it was too hot for us even with the fans on, but spent some hours every day by the pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The apartment is large with good air conditioning and fans. We hardly used the kitchen because we didn’t want to cook as there are so many food options around. I had a facial at Aster Spring salon downstairs and my friend had a pedicure in the nail salon on the first floor. It was a great place to stay, so thank you Edward and John.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Excellent location and a super helpful host. Would definitely stay again!
