Pretty 3 bedroom fisherman’s cottage in Southwold

We’ve successfully rented out our holiday home for many years. It’s perfectly placed for the town & beach but tucked away from the main roads and an ideal location to explore southwold. We have a sunny courtyard with bbq & seating area where you can also park your car. Downstairs an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs two double/twin bedrooms, family bathroom and en suite to the middle bedroom with sliding panels alowing a lot more privacy.

Bunting - a lovely seaside cottage with garden

Built in 1905, Bunting is a cosy cottage in the heart of Southwold, which is surely the epitome of the traditional English seaside resort. The cottage was completely remodelled inside in 2019, and the garden was landscaped with a coastal theme in June 2020. It is opposite a lovely park with children's swings, next to St Edmund's church. Southwold's famous beach, lighthouse, Edwardian pier and high street with its high quality shops, pubs and restaurants are all less than five minutes walk away.

Imagine long walks with tasty lunches and then a nice dinner in the town followed by a restful nights sleep! This could be you if you chose to come and stay at the beach studio. The beach studio is a self-contained building in our garden was the town bakery in the Victorian days. It is 5 minutes from both the beach and the town centre making it perfect for leaving your car parked and just walking to local pubs and restaurants. A perfect place for a few days by the sea to relax and recharge.

The Old Lamp Room. Self contained annexe

The Old Lamp Room used to store the lamps for the lighthouse until it became automatic. It is now an annexe to the old Lighthouse Keeper’s Cottage, which is our family home. Guests have their own front door and are free to use the small front courtyard garden which has a bistro table and chairs. Situated up a small path, behind the lighthouse and moments from the beach. The high street with its shops, restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute stroll away. An ideal cosy bolt hole.

NO CLEANING FEE! A highly luxurious hide-away apartment in part of a beautiful period property. Views of Southwold Lighthouse. Right next to the beach and the town. Stunning modern interior, always presented perfectly. Ideal for two. Pull out single sofa bed available, however the property guests must not exceed 2. No linen, duvet/pillows/towels provided for sofa bed. Excellent facilities-small Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower and WI-FI. Easy access via fairly steep stairs.

Dreamers Cottage is perfectly located, right in the heart of Southwold. Short breaks throughout the year, with a minimum stay of just 2 nights even in high season. The cottage is just steps from the beach, with its traditional colourful beach huts, and so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, deli's, restaurants, famous pubs & independent shops. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.

Our Annex proves very popular with travellers seeking sparkling clean, modern details with all the necessary touches to make a comfortable bolt hole holiday, ten minutes walk from Southwold’s beaches and high street. We can accommodate 2 adults in the main bedroom and a further two guests in the living space, in two sofa beds (one small double and one single). A high chair/travel cot can be provided.
