Je vous remercie, de nous avoir permis de nous réunir dans votre super demeure. La décoration, le mobilier, et l'ambiance des éclairages le soir, rend le lieu extrêmement charmant. Chaque chambre était spacieuse et confortable, décoré dans un thème différent. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu la piscine agréable, sans parler du terrain de tennis de super qualité et du terrain de boules. On s'est éclaté. Tout était réuni pour que nous passions un moment inoubliable. Nous sommes des sportifs, et là on avait tout sous la main, c'est simplement dingue. Chacun de nous fut totalement comblé. Le confort, les différents espaces de convivialité, la super cuisine, la décoration dans son ensemble, et la simplicité des explications que nous aviez laissé, font ce fut vraiment top top top. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette belle maison. Nous étions 10 adultes et avons tous trouvé la maison très fidèle à l'annonce et assez spacieuse pour tous. Le contact avec Katia a toujours été rapide et amical. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil de la part de Michelle. Toutes les deux ont à coeur que le séjour se passe le mieux possible. La maison se trouve dans un environnement calme et joli. En 20 min en voiture nous avons pu aller voir le château de Versailles. Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison !

Nous avons passer un excellent moment, j’appréhendais un petit peu le faite que le logement étais sur la propriété des propriétaires et franchement 10/10 les hôtes on étais très réactif discrets toute a étais penser comme il le faut nous avons pu profiter de tout le jardin et un petit coin avec le minimum de vis-à-vis était disponible l’eau de la piscine étais très bonne. Nous reviendrons 🙂

A beautiful property, rural French charm outside but modern and clean inside. The garden is gorgeous with a big pool, plenty of seating and space for everyone. The cycle routes in the local area are fantastic, plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking. A short drive to Épernon and a 45 minute trip into Gare Montparnasse makes trips to Paris super easy. Very peaceful and quiet, a wonderful spot for a relaxing holiday.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris war sehr hilfsreich. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und sauber. Da hat man alles was er braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig und neu. Uns hat auch sehr gefallen das man sehr einfach parken kann und dann auch die Treppen am Eingang vermeiden kann. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Falls wir wieder nach Paris kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder die Wohnung mieten. Der Schwimmbad ist auch sehr schön aber nicht für Kinder, die unter 150 cm groß sind. Wenn jmnd denken dass der Preis zu hoch ist, lohnt es sich aber echt. Danke Boris für deine Unterstützung und deine Mühe!

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Die Wohnung von Roland ist ein Prachtstück, ein wahrer "hidden gem". Beste Lage: Wer Montmartre mag wird Rolands Wohnung lieben. Schon vor über 20 Jahren nutze Amelie Poulain dieselbe U-Bahn-Station, auch sie wusste, wo es sich lohnt, ein- und auszusteigen.

Was für eine tolle Gastgeberin ! Die Wohnung entsprach exakt meinen Erwartungen ! Ich kann die Unterkunft, wie auch die Gastgeberin nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und absolut weiter empfehlen ! Absolute verdiente 5 Sterne !!!

Hôte très courtois et très discret, emplacement très calme et accessible facilement, une petite terrasse un coin jardin avec barbecue avec une piscine couverte à disposition,un grand supermarché à moins de deux kilomètres ,le seul bémol si je devais en donner un serait le coin douche où il manquerait une petite étagère pour poser les produits de bain , je recommande !

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
