The farm is secluded at the beginning of Fyledalen, nestled in greenery. It is located between Sjöbo and Ystad with proximity to lakes and fantastic hiking trails. Eriksdal's quarry is 5 minutes away by car. Snogeholmssjön is 3 minutes away by car. Sövde adventure camp is 8 minutes away. A perfect starting point for excursions to Österlen, Ystad and Malmö.

Njut av fågelkvitter och ha en mysig stund med familjen. Gångväg till Sövdesjön (800 m) där det finns badplats med bryggor. Barnvänligt. Stor fridfull trädgård som både ger plats för lugn och aktivitet. Lusthus finns där man kan äta frukost, middag eller njuta av en kopp kaffe. Fin lekstuga ute i trädgården. Sovrum 1: Här finns en våningssäng samt en enkelsäng (105 cm). Sovrum 2: Dubbelsäng (Är i två delar och kan separeras) Resesäng för ett mindre barn finns också med madrass och sängkläder.

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Private location where you can be left alone, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No view inside the cabin. The cottage has salt and pepper. Toilet paper for the first night 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and café in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spas nearby. 15 minutes by car to Sjöbo.

I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

Välkomna till en timmerstuga beläget uppe på en kulle intill Fulltofta Naturreservat. Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Idyllic house outside Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful place. The accommodation is close to the lake, close to the forest with access to hiking trails and a stone's throw from the Adventure Camp. The apartment, which has a private entrance and is located on the second floor, consists of one bedroom with double bed, two sleeping alcoves and kitchen with social areas. The bathroom has a shower. As a guest, you have access to a lush patio where there are barbecue facilities.

Cosy studio in the heart of Skåne

A nice little house located in the south of the most beautiful parts in Skåne. You get your own house with a small kitchen and bathroom, two separate beds and you also get a very light and cosy living room with a studio feeling. Please note that the big house on the property also is rented out to guests. Just across the road you will find endless woods to walk in. The closest little town is Blentarp where you can visit the local restaurant.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
