Summer cottage near scenic Sövdesjön for rent. The cottage has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large terrace. The larger bedroom has a double bed and can be separated with a curtain where there is also a single bed. In the smaller bedroom, there is a 120 cm bed. Playhouse on site. Canoe is also available. The cottage is located about 1 km from the swimming area and sauna boat. Close to Snogeholm's hiking area, the adventure camp in Sövde, the mustery and the amphitheater. Cleaning is not included in the rent and cannot be purchased.

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
