Holiday rentals with lake access in Sovicille

We stayed at "laoro" for five days (four nights) and had a very good time. The owners are friendly, they gave us all the useful information for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The place is sheltered and very peaceful. The house is comfortable and clean. We had our large dog with us and we found no difficulty. There is Lake Accesa nearby, very comfortable, but in any case we were not too far from the beaches of Follonica. Great experience.

It goes above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant as possible and responds immediately to requests. We were particularly impressed by the well-stocked refrigerator with plenty of drinks and food. We spent 10 wonderful days there with our two dogs, who were very warmly welcomed. The Jacuzzi was always very clean and was regularly checked and cleaned by the host. My wife and I stayed at Silvia's for 8 nights. Like other reviewers, we didn't want to leave. This is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a superb host, comfortable Tuscan-style accommodations, stunning grounds, and breathtaking views. Silvia is warm, caring, helpful, and generous. Her parents are friendly and helpful. Her father presses olive oil from the olives in their olive groves and makes wine with the grapes from their vineyard. They generously shared these delicious gifts from their land with us as well as eggs from their chickens. We also appreciated Silvia and her mom's kindness when they saved our hanging laundry from getting drenched while we were out. We look forward to our next trip to Tuscany and experiencing Silvia's warm hospitality and lovely home again.

Spontaneously booked. And can easily arrange everything necessary at short notice. Federico is calmly communicative and can refine the stay with good recommendations. The location is special. The place has a good effect on the body and mind. WeiläuAbout but not far for shopping or restaurants. A beautiful pool. Tasteful spaces. Wifi junckies could sometimes hate something with the net, but the overall picture is not diminished. Everything else necessary is on site or will be promptly provided by Federico. A wonderful starting point for Visit in Florence or Chianti. Lots of rustic trattorias,winemakers and olive farmers nearby.

We absolutely loved the home and location! There were nine of us and everyone had their own space and bathroom. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. Amanda was a fabulous host. She was very responsive with all communication and helpful with places to see in the region. The location was excellent for traveling all around Tuscany and it was very peaceful. We can't wait to go back!

Feedback: we were only given two rolls of toilet paper and had to buy more. There were no kitchen towels or paper towels. Otherwise the place was perfect. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in this absolutely cute house, which is surrounded by breathtaking nature. The tranquility is unique - you can only hear the chirping of the birds, and every now and then deer appear at the edge of the forest. Simply magical! The pool was well maintained and you had real peace. A real highlight for us was the kitchen: so lovingly furnished and exceptionally well equipped - we have never experienced anything like it! The gas stove and the high-quality oven have made cooking a pleasure. Host Diego was incredibly friendly, attentive and warm. You immediately feel welcome and well cared for. A perfect retreat for those who appreciate nature, tranquility and loving details.

A lovely place to rest. Feudal house! Highly located, so it cools down at night. During the day the pool or garden is great! We also had a fantastic dinner with other guests, organized by the host, on site, on the terrace. So great. From there you can make many excursions. THANK YOU

We felt very comfortable. The location of the accommodation is great, you have a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. Certaldo and a supermarket are 7 minutes away by car (which you also need here!) The room was large enough for 2 people and everything you need was available. A bonus is the pool and the other options such as table tennis, billiards or the gym. We would definitely come back and had a great time!

We had a wonderful two week stay at Salvatores place. The surroundings were amazing, and we appreciated the pool very much (especially the children aged 3 and 6). This is an idyllic and peaceful location. It was easy to get to beautiful small towns and also beaches by car. We went on a day trip to Elba, which was great. There is also an amunsement park only 20 minute drive from the apartment, Cavallino Matto, which the kids loved. We went twice. :) The outdoor area outside the apartment was lovely, and we had most our meals here. Thank you for a wonderful Italian vacation, Salvatore.

Self check-in, nice environment, quiet and comfortable, suitable for driving, communication is smooth... The room is clean and characteristic, worth coming again, Tuscany is beautiful...

The house is in the mountains, the scenery is beautiful, and you can take all kinds of photos when you get up in the morning.The house is large and suitable for a family or a few friends to stay together.

Our stay was perfect, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, quiet, guided by the kindness and benevolence of our hosts! Ideally located (if you have a vehicle) as it is far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city while being 25 minutes from the heart of the city of the Medici. ❤️⭐️ Close-by extraordinary restaurants. The apartment is very nice, clean, well-equipped, and located in the centre of Montepulciano (with possibilities to have breakfast nearby). We would definitely recommend it!

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay. We were looking for somewhere off the beaten path to slow down after playing tourist in larger cities - and this was perfect! Still close to drive to places when we had needs. Very friendly hosts with a friendly dog that our daughters loved to play with. Will be recommending this stay!
