Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.

I had the ensuite room at the top of the house, very nicely furnished and in good condition, bathroom was fresh and very clean. Keith was very helpful and communicative, kindly helped with bags and offered tea and use of his kitchen. Both he and Kristina were very nice. Easy to get into central Ex, very near a bus stop but also very, very quiet location. Thanks for the stay.

Hi - superb room - incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning and throughout - I was late (due to road-closure) but that wasn't an issue - room exactly like the photos (better even!) with everything you'd need - plus the bathroom was amazing. Certainly would stay again, and definitely would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area - as it's in the perfect location - quick to get into central Exeter, but close enough to the main roads if you're just staying overnight. Thank you :-)

Great communication from booking. Sian had good recommendations for places for me to visit whilst staying in Exeter and surrounding areas. Both Sian and Terry are lovely and made me feel welcome in their home. The room had everything as described, exactly what I needed for my stay.
