A moins de 10min de Bourges, le logement se compose d'une grande pièce de vie (avec un poêle à bois) et de 2 chambres avec salle d'eau, rénové récemment. Les draps et les serviettes de toilettes sont fournies. Il n'y a pas de télévision. L'accès à la cour est autorisée uniquement pour accéder au logement ( bassin d'eau non sécurisé et puit).
