We will be delighted to welcome you in the best conditions at the Faubourg apartment. The 120 m2 of the apartment are entirely dedicated to renting! Close to the Hyper center, two minutes walk from the Palais des congrés Jacques Chirac and the Pathé cinemas. 10 mins walk to Valencia city train station. It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a very quiet small condominium that only has 3 floors. Can't be rented to arrange an evening out. No smoking in the unit.

IMPORTANT: HOT TUB AVAILABLE FROM APRIL 1 TO OCTOBER 31 Lovely small townhouse completely renovated at the foot of the Hermitage hills with garden equipped with a semi-rigid hot tub. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped 20 m2 living room and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs the 20 m2 bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed. The sofa bed on the ground floor completes the sleeping arrangements. Possibility of parking a car under shelter safely.

Large stone cottage, independent with 2500 square meters of land with relaxation area, children's games (trampoline, swing, sandbox, archery...) ON SITE: hiking trails, V.T.T path; a few meters away: equestrian center, swimming, fishing. 30 min from the highway (Valencia).

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Come and take a break at this warm and stylish place or a business trip, we'll be happy to welcome you. Located in a townhouse on a passing axis that leads to the city center, renovated and tastefully decorated. The train station is a 15min walk and we are 2.5 km from the south exit of the Sun Highway. Our apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people, but it can easily accommodate up to 6 people thanks to our sofa bed in the living room.
