My chalet is located near the recreation area Spaarnwoude with an opportunity for many family-friendly activities, golf, indoor skiing at Snowplanet, beautiful walks, swimming and many other different facilities for relaxation. You'll love my place because of the beautiful water views and comfortable rooms. There is everything you need for a perfect stay. Residence Waterland is an historic eco estate designed to inspire and connect.
 We warmly welcome families and business teams or other organizations. This is not a venue for bachelors or young group celebrations as a.o. music is not allowed outside. 
This former coach house, now a registered national monument, offers two adjacent yet private accommodations: Residence Waterland (natural calmness) and Koetshuis Waterland (eclectic and better designed for friend groups). Close to beach and A'dam.

Unieke beleving op het water, de Prinsenboot.

De Prinsenboot ligt afgemeerd in het mooie Spaarndam, een klein dorpje dichtbij recreatiegebied Spaarnwoude, Haarlem, Amsterdam en ook het strand is dichtbij (Bloemendaal en Zandvoort). In het dorp zijn twee restaurantjes te vinden en de Albert Heijn is op loopafstand! De boot heeft 4 slaapkamers met plek voor 8 mensen, een luxe badkamer en een ruime keuken. Zowel in een van de slaapkamers, als in de woonkamer hangt een tv. Met het mooie weer kun je heerlijk in de kuip genieten van de zon.

The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!

Close to Haarlem (20 min by bike) Near beach, flowerbulb fields And flowershow in springtime. Next to an old dutch village of Spaarndam (Hansje Brinker). Included 2 bikes And a 2 person canoe.

Cosy holiday home near Amsterdam, Haarlem, Schiphol Airport and the North Sea. In the Dutch village of Spaarndam where the famous story of Hansje Brinker has taken place. The boy with his finger in the dike. The statue of Hansje Brinker can be seen in Spaarndam. The private house is settled on a 3000m2 piece of land next to a lake. At the other side of the land you can see a typical dutch view of flat land with dutch cows. The neighbour lives in a windmill. Pets are allowed!

Prachtige ligging in Santpoort Zuid nabij stranden van Bloemendaal, Zandvoort en Ijmuiden. Aan de ingang van de Kennemerduinen. Ook op fietsafstand: de beste winkelstad van Nederland Haarlem met zijn vele restaurants en gezellige kroegen. Goed bereikbaar met de trein en slechts 30 minuten van Amsterdam Centrum.
