Apartment holiday rentals in Space Coast

We enjoyed our stay. Location is a block / short walk to the beach. Fairly easy walking distance to a number of fun bars and restaurants in the area. The unit was clean and comfortable. Well represented by the photos in the listing. Nice little patio area for chilling and grilling. A good value for the dollars paid.

The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, including the Keurig. Balcony had a great view, very clean and well furnished. Beach access was a short walk through the building and down a few steps. Beach was never crowded, even on a holiday. Beach equipment and a wagon was supplied. We would stay there again.

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. We had so much fun on the beach! We saw so many sea turtles and wildlife around the property. Carolyn and Mike were so friendly and had lots of local food recommendations. We especially loved the German cafe! The apartment had everything we needed. The pull out couch was comfy for our two kids. Thank you so much for hosting us. We’ll be back!!

loved the private patio with shower & beach accessories. host got back with us with all questions. we had one issue but found out it wasn't even their fault (sand fleas from the beach ). place was clean and up to date with currently technology. my daughter loved the fans in the room. double oven was very convenient along with dishwasher with pods available! I would 1000% stay again. plenty of towels to last the trip and big towels not those tiny ones. beach towels were also provided along with chairs, umbrella, and varies of beach toys for the kiddos. ice maker on fridge had some issues but we just used a cup to scoop ice out. other than that it's legit 2 streets over from the beach so we walked everytime. restaurants are walking distants along with surf shops! also the local lizards made this place magical! only an hour from Orlando so perfect for disney/universal trips if you want to add beach days !

Claudine's home was wonderful! My sister and I went for a quick weekend trip from Orlando. We enjoyed the Kayking, our unit was very clean, and the host was excellent. We were able to see a missle launch and met the next door neighbor Jim. If you are into NASA this is the place to go! Jim worked at NASA and is an amazing educator! We will definitely return!

Second time staying here, would definitely recommend. Had everything we needed and more, Beverly is a fantastic host.

Great little condo within walking distance to the beach. Our family of 6 stayed comfortably (teen that didn’t want to share bed camped out on the floor, his choice). We had EVERYTHING we could possibly need for a week of beach time. Very well appointed and furnished. The building itself had a helpful patio area for rinsing sand off so we could relax post beach sand-free. We were also able to watch a SpaceX launch right from the patio which was a pleasant surprise since the launch that was scheduled during our stay was at 1am. Watched in our PJs and went back to bed. Great stay. Responsive host. We had no issues with construction sound aside from an occasional hammer, it was a non factor.

My third time staying here. I actually said to my sister, it feels like we are coming home! Everything you need, close to stores, downtown, and beaches. Go to dog beach! Highly recommend this 2 bedroom!

We visited this place for our “baby moon” and had the best time! Listing matched the description, was very clean, and the host was super friendly and always responded quickly! During our stay we had some issues with the draining in the shower and messaged Brittany right away. She was super apologetic and sent a plumber out to take care of it! She even compensated us for the trouble - which she didn’t have to do, but it just goes to show how thoughtful she is and the pride she takes in taking care of her guests! My husband told me to save this place because if we’re ever in the area again, we will be staying here!

This is my second time staying here and I will be back every time I cruise from Port Canaveral. Furnishings have been updated since my last stay and place was very clean. I will stay again and again! Great value.

My son and I stayed 3 nights and had a great stay! The apartment was spotless and very homey. The walk down to the beach was easy and convenient, and Marguerite has provided all the items you need for relaxing on the beach. She has also provided a book with recommendations, and we were able to eat at several great restaurants within a short walking distance. Marguerite was super friendly and responsive when I had a question. My son, who is 6 foot tall, used the murphy bed, which was easy to set up & comfy. The main bed was also very comfy. We would definitely stay again!

Cute place. Close to the beach!

Andy's place is super cute! It was perfect for our needs. The hammocks out front were a great touch! Andy was a great host and very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was very clean and spacious for 3 guests. I loved that I could see the ocean while in the kitchen. The beach access was great. There is a separate key to get into the pool area or back from the beach. The gate into the pool area was tricky and I had to play with the key for a bit before I could get it to unlatch each time. Because they take sea turtle nesting seriously, this made a late check in a bit tricky. The complex advises guests to turn off lights or close blinds at 9. This made for a VERY dark complex upon our arrival with red lighting in the parking garages. Once we figured out our bearings, it was fine after that. Not a lot of entertainment in the area. A lot of things close by 10pm. The condo is in good condition with one bathroom and the kitchen being upgraded with granite. The other bathroom is a little outdated but very clean and spacious. Some of the other complex areas are a bit outdated. Overall, the complex was safe and clean and I would recommend it!

Lovely place to enjoy peace and beautiful location. Place was really clean and the house was really pretty. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing place! will visit this place again for sure!!

Great location right on the beach. Nice and quiet! We enjoyed the supply of beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Plenty of space in the unit where 4 adults could comfortably stay. We had just two of us and a toddler and it would be better for older kids. There is loft window above the living room and kitchen which opens directly into the upstairs bedroom that made it difficult to sleep in. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.

Th Resort at Cocoa Beach was super nice. There was a lot for our kids to do daily on-site. We really didn’t have to leave for any activities. Publix is also right up the street so getting groceries was fast as well.

We had a great time in Kathleen’s Big Blue House- apparently all our needs were anticipated, even the tiniest detail! Kathleen was extremely helpful, and replied rapidly to every question. The private hot tub, dock, hammock and outdoor shower- along with the charming unit, itself, were perfect. Inside and out, Kathleen creates a welcoming, cozy, pleasing space. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed, towels and linens were just right!😊 We loved the outside swing and chairs -perfect for hanging loose, having a cup of coffee , watching awesome sunrises and moonrises (until moonrise came later!), as well as the Osprey fledglings, various other birds, lizards, frogs and fishes dolphins, sting rays, and more! Kathleen and her staff made our time thoroughly agreeable. It was convenient to have all the necessities in place- although we didn’t do any cooking, everything needed was there! Toiletries were also available- as well as some books and games! Thank you, Kathleen!

Tara was awesome! She responded super fast to any questions and issues and made the stay easy. The location was perfect and super private.

Everything is what was described , easy check in and out. close to A1A and US1 and close to super markets , restaurants and beaches . Great place to stay and enjoy the beach and restaurants. The place looks really new clean and neat, awesome host, and in the future I will consider coming back.
