Clean, quiet and well-stocked condo. The bathrooms and kitchen are dated, but everything works, and we were able to cook several meals there. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony.

Our stay at Alexandra's was truly exceptional and completely exceeded all my expectations. The listing promised a peaceful, relaxing, and restful experience, and it delivered on every single count. Everything was meticulously maintained and exactly as depicted in the photos and description. If you're looking for a place to disconnect and find tranquility, look no further, truly. I highly recommend this wonderful spot and will book again in the future!

The condo was very clean and spacious for 3 guests. I loved that I could see the ocean while in the kitchen. The beach access was great. There is a separate key to get into the pool area or back from the beach. The gate into the pool area was tricky and I had to play with the key for a bit before I could get it to unlatch each time. Because they take sea turtle nesting seriously, this made a late check in a bit tricky. The complex advises guests to turn off lights or close blinds at 9. This made for a VERY dark complex upon our arrival with red lighting in the parking garages. Once we figured out our bearings, it was fine after that. Not a lot of entertainment in the area. A lot of things close by 10pm. The condo is in good condition with one bathroom and the kitchen being upgraded with granite. The other bathroom is a little outdated but very clean and spacious. Some of the other complex areas are a bit outdated. Overall, the complex was safe and clean and I would recommend it!

My husband and I spent Father’s Day weekend here celebrating his birthday, and it was perfect. The location is private, peaceful, and just steps from the beach. Nights were magical with a bright moon, and we were lucky enough to see loggerhead turtles nesting — such a special experience. The home was spotless and full of thoughtful touches like a beach sunshade, stocked kitchen, and even binoculars. Turtle watching was a highlight for me! The late checkout was a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more relaxing. We’ll definitely be back!

AMAZING VIEW! Direct beach access, private, super clean, and very clear instructions. Hosts were kind and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

What a gem! This is a brand new property and the location is superb. Craig was very responsive and communicative. The location on the Archie Carr refuge was breathtaking. We walked off the pier to new turtle tracks and nests every day. We saw a green turtle returning to the ocean. We learned from professionals and volunteers the conservation efforts to save these magnificent animals. As with any new property, there are a few things still being tweaked. But the sunroom - what a serene place to read a book, spend time with family or take a nap! The pool is a perfect place to take a break from the beach. There is plenty of parking, and the opportunity to utilize both houses for larger groups is a great option. We had a memorable stay! afternoon nap!

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

This place is amazing! We had the best time on our family spring break! Morning coffees on the deck while watching dolphins, manatee, sting ray and ducks were a family favorite. We kayaked almost everyday and were treated to dolphin sightings and the most picture perfect sunsets. We were lucky enough to see FOUR space launches! You are a quick walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Thank you, Heather, for a fantastic experience and the perfect family getaway!

Everything was prefect for a place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Great location close to everything quick Walk to the beach.. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Comfy Beds and perfect for a family or a group of friends. Pool, Hot tub, & Game-room were amazing!! Zenna was wonderful to accommodate us from check in to check out! I usually have some fair, constructive criticism for Airbnbs we've stayed at. This may be the 1st time where I have nothing but positive things to say. The property was great. Everything was clean, clearly labeled, and the host provided everything we needed for a fun stay. They were responsive to any questions we might have, and the directions/rules were easy to follow. Depending on what you are looking for, the beach "might" be a bit far of a walk, but we knew the location going in. The provided bikes made it a quick trip and there was public parking/access very close so a quick drive..and there were always available spots at the time we went. The outdoor back area was so nice we almost had to tear ourselves away from it. We saw manatees and dolphins swim within a few feet of the back dock, which was pretty cool. It was great, clean, peaceful place to hang out. The pool and hot tub were awesome as well. The interior of the property had everything we needed. Highly Recommended.

We had such a wonderful time at Lindsey's place. Very clean, new and an absolutely amazing location. She was an incredibly responsive host. The views from the master bedroom and balcony are unbeatable. Pool was plenty big, heated and some pool toys available in the garage. We were lucky enough to see probably 10-15 sea turtles swimming near shore as they were nesting on the beach at night. The "walk" to the beach was simply going over the small wooden walkway/stairs down to the beach. As easy as it gets! (the tiny path before the wooden stairs could use a solid weed whacking but was fine). Also, we got to see two Space X launches from the beach! It was a great trip with my three kids (11,8,6) and I would highly recommend Lindsey's place.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a week while in town tending to my father's affairs, and we would definitely stay here again. The place is very convenient and well kept. The Internet is fast, and it's more than sufficient for streaming, watching online content, or attending Zoom meetings if you need to get some work done while there. The house is well kept, and has a lovely outdoor area with a playground for your children, as well as a grill where you can do some outdoor cooking if you're so inclined. If you don't want to cook for yourself, the property is within walking distance (about 1/2 - 3/4 mile) to all of the restaurants in the Cocoa Village area. There is a variety of food choices available there for connoisseurs of food and fine wine. Lastly, if the beach is your thing, it is only a short drive to the sunny shores of Cocoa Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We felt right at home! Elise thought of everything! She was communicative and very responsive and organized! The location is close to all the fun but the perfect distance from the crowds allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds! We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony and saw two rockets launch from the front door! The view from the balcony was absolute heaven! Beach necessities in the storage closets and don’t forget the rec room with other fun things in the breeze way next to the pool. The beach couldn’t be closer! There is covered parking and they provide carts to help get luggage to your condo. The elevators were serviced at checkout which was not convenient. Elise warned us and I was so thankful! I recommend the service be completed before or after prime use times like check in and check out. In the evening, the pool is shaded by the building. Perfect for a swim after dinner. Conveniently located near the beach and walking distance to a variety of food places. Beautiful view of the beach and clear view of the launch that occurred on our last day. She texted to give us a heads up of the launch so that was above and beyond. The unit was very clean, well stocked and organized. Great host and she provided immediate response to any questions we had. Thank you.

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jeanne’s condo in Cocoa Beach. It was very clean, comfortable, and just steps to the beach! She supplied beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and even towels, just in case you forgot to pack necessities! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Jeanne!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

This is my third day in this beautiful condo, well decorated clean as can be, beautiful kitchen, full refrigerator. Extremely comfortable and right on the beach as well as within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I will be back. The hosts are amazing! Thank you, David and Eileen….

Best AirBnB we’ve stayed at yet! The owners are fantastic, allowing us to check in early and even let us know about the satellite launch so we could watch it from our balcony. The unit is beautifully kept with incredible ocean front views, big comfy beds and all the extras you need are provided: tons of extra bedding, pack-n-play, beach towels-chairs-umbrella, and a wagon to pull it all. Even the things you end up buying and leaving like liquid detergent, sunscreen, aloe, spices, first aid kits and bandaids. They even provided a hair mask for sun damage/chlorine hair… just, WOW!!! The pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach and just steps from your door. The condo itself is located on the older side of Cocoa Beach still undergoing a facelift, but lots of new businesses opening up that are perfect for families, with great options for dinning and shopping within walking distance. We be booking again soon for our next stay!
