With a few more kilometers, you can reach the most beautiful beaches in the area, Chia, Cala Cipolla and Tuerredda.

Just a two-minute drive from the center of Pula, with restaurants, bars, pizzerias and markets. A strategic location allows you to reach the most beautiful beaches of Southern Sardinia and beyond Cagliari. The bungalow is converted from a main villa and is totally independent: air conditioning, American kitchen, refrigerator, double bed, bathroom, TV and garden with barbecue.

On the first floor there is a bathroom and two bedrooms: one with two single beds and a wardrobe; the other, with a double bed and a wardrobe, has a balcony overlooking the sea. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

A 400m è l'uscita per la SS195 che permette di raggiungere la città di Cagliari o le incantevoli spiagge di Chia e Tuerredda. A 200m sono le fermate dell'autobus. L'area è servita da banche, market, bar e ristoranti. Il centro dista 10minuti a piedi.
