Monthly Rentals in Spalding

A unique little lodge which was thoughtfully presented and lovely Little Place where can just have peace and quiet.

We stayed for a five-week staycation. The flat / apartment is very comfortable with everything you need. Clean, really well-presented. A lovely shower with rainfall head, hand-held head and horizontal spray as well. It is a first-floor (second floor for US AirBnB'ers) with apartments above and below but it was quiet and peaceful. The neighbours were quiet and respectful. The smoke alarms are very sensitive and sound through the whole building when triggered, so that is a small negative. The car parking space is small and awkward if you have more than a smaller car but there is good parking very close by. Noel, our host, was fast to respond to any queries. Overall, good value and a very enjoyable and peaceful stay. Recommended very much indeed.

Super apartment, extremely comfortable bed, great kitchen/living area. The welcome pack was a nice surprise. Couldn’t fault it in any way. Will definitely try to book again when I’m working in the area. Well done Martina, 10/10 !
