The house is clean and tidy, because we arrived early, the landlord agreed to let us enter the room early after communication, very friendly.The small yard is clean and cute, and I was excited to see the stars at night.The only regret is that the washing machine broke, and I went to the Arch National Park and was unable to wash the sand and dust in time. I hope it can be repaired as soon as possible for future travelers.

Justin was a great host! Extremely quick to answer any questions we had and was incredibly willing to accommodate us when asked. Justin’s place was great for our family stay in Moab! Arches were an amazing park to visit.

We had two families of four together to kick off summer and this home was perfect for us! Great location, cozy, plenty of space and the kids loved the pool- large kitchen a dining area was great for cooking. Had an amazing time!

We enjoyed our stay in Moab. Visited Arches Park and was glad to have a place with a hot tub and pool after long days of hiking. We also saw many stars from back patio area.

A wonderful place to stay just south of downtown Moab where all the restaurants and attractions lie. We found it to be a peaceful place to stay despite its proximity to the local highway which is typically only busy during the weekday/daytime hours. Light sensitive people may want to bring eye sleepwear for the eastern-facing bedroom. Hosts were wonderful. Would stay again.

Fantastic place! One of our favorites that we have ever stayed in. Super new and modern, with big windows to enjoy all the views. It was so clean and well taken care of — the cleaning crew had even added the little touches of having a new coffee filter in the coffee maker, and a detergent pod in the dishwasher. When they are doing little things like that, you know it’s a good place. The amenities were great. It was really live in ready with all the kitchen items you’d ever need, fully stocked with Keurig coffee/cocoa/tea, spices, etc. Best stocked kitchen at an AirBnB we’ve ever experienced. The location was also perfect. At the south end of town, so it is nice and quiet but still a 5min drive to anything you need. The view out the back into the mountains is awesome, and made for some great sunrises. Really great place that I would recommend to my closest friends and family. Only place that I would book here in the future.

My husband, our friends and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The check in was super easy and Bryan gave great instructions and information. The check out was also super easy. The house is very convenient to Moab and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Highly recommend!

Nice stay with fantastic views. Overall good experience with a responsive and helpful host. The only issues were one of the beds had what appeared to be sheets that hadn’t been fully laundered and some cockroaches in the house(it is an older house). Overall the house was well decorated, clean, well provisioned for a vacation. Would stay again.

We got married at a venue nearby and we are SO happy we stayed here. It was spotless, roomy, and there are so many windows that let natural light in (which we love), with a stunning view in the background. Super easy and quick drive to the downtown area but still far enough away where it’s away from the commotion. 10/10 recommend staying here. I hope other guests take care of this place when they stay because it was absolutely perfect for our stay. Shawn also was very responsive when we needed anything. Plus he was flexible with the checkout. Thank you Shawn!!

Host was great to work with and responded quickly. For 6 of us and 3 pets this was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Saved a ton of money being able to cook at the air bnb and not fight the restaurant crowds. Ended up being a great stay.

This house was beautiful. It had the space we needed for our group and our trailers/vehicles. Some basics like aluminum foil and plastic bags were not provided, but that did not detract from our experience. Definitely peaceful and quiet.

Conner’s place was a great stay for our 2 night trip to Moab! It was easy to find, check-in was easy and the space was clean & comfortable! The area was quiet and not too far from downtown. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our time here and the space was as described. Ben was very communicative and we had no issues and enjoyed our time in the Moab area seeing the two national parks and other things around the area.

Prime location for all your Moab adventures! We loved coming back to our cabin everyday. I highly recommend relaxing in the yard and on the many cozy patios as much as possible to take in the views. Soak up the peaceful mountain vibes! Our host was also so responsive and helpful and made sure we were totally taken care of. Seriously such a great spot. Would recommend to a friend.

This house was our “home away from home” for a month and we totally fell in love with it. The house feels warm and cozy (not impersonal and sterile as some Airbnbs do). It's the little things we don't carry while travelling but that made our stay easy: a soda-stream, tupperware boxes we could use on a hike. Humidifier was a nice touch to help us acclimatise to the desert. We had more room than we could ask for: main bed is the size of a football field, each of us had a desk to work at, and anytime we could just step out on the patio and watch the neighbours: Blue jay Fred and cheeky chipmunks. Views from the patio are breathtaking! The Castleton tower dominates the east, La Sals to the south keep their “head in the clouds.” The location is perfect! Away from the Moab rush, close to trails less trodden; it's 30 minutes to the Arches NP entrance. In case of a coffee emergency, the Sorrel ranch is close. This is a great place and if we're in this area ever again, we'd surely return.

Lovely home and beautiful views. Loved the rooftop deck. The neighborhood was super nice and quiet. We were close enough to everywhere we wanted to go but was up and out of the high traffic area.

Such a beautiful, private, a peaceful location! The cabin was a very clean and cozy stay. The host was helpful, kind, and responsive. Overall was a great stay. I very much recommend this Airbnb and will be staying again myself on my next trip through the area! Thank you

This is a great place on Moab - lovely outdoor spaces, decks, garden, etc. It does share outdoor common space with other units, but that means you can share a glass of wine with a neighbor! Also, very well outfitted home - good dishes, comfy beds, plenty of linens, shampoo in the showers, etc. - it is turnkey.

Loved the place, two large spots by the house for your trailers and we were able to fit two trailers and have parking for all of our sxs. The yard is very well kept and clean and the house had plenty of room and space for use and additional guest. Would stay here again . Thank you for sharing your place .

We had a great stay and would highly recommend the place! It was located just outside of Moab and within a 40 min drive to Arches and Canyonlands. We will be back!

Great house, great location. Beautiful view!

We have stayed in several places in Moab, this is by far the best one yet. That house was amazing, had everything we needed plus more. The host provides multiple yard games and equipment for various things. The host was also super attentive and the communication was great. Whether we are back in October or not again till next spring, I will be looking for this house in the listings.
