This beautiful lake home is centrally located in Reno/Sparks and is convenient to downtown Reno, convention centers, airports, casinos, shopping, and events, all within 5 to 15 mins. Skiing resorts are located within 45 minutes to an hour. It is listed as a 5 bedroom, but can also be considered as 6 bedrooms due to its layout where the master bedroom has an open attached side room. Our guests have enjoyed the right balance of being together and also having their own private space.

This gorgeous waterfront home is a block from the lake, coffee & a destination restaurant. It's about 2 blocks to a mall and playground. It's 3000 sq. feet, 3.5 baths, 2 balconies, a clean 2-car garage, and unlimited hot water. We're in a good neighborhood. There is parking for 10 cars & even semi-trucks. Sixteen people fit nicely. We allow 22 (maybe more). We're on Bayshore Dr. Sometimes: free early check-in, late-out. No-hassle door codes!
